Rachel from Card Services again.
I had some time on my hands so I used my notes to give the telemarketer the 800 customer service number at a bank where I have no account. I gave my name and call back number for the Florida Attorney General.  The sixteen digit Visa number from my table of random numbers.  For those who don't have all that ready, you could always use the good, old "Please hold on a second while I go get my card."

I would be glad if the [***] Idiots with Card Holder Services or whoever they are would stop calling me, wasting my time & minutes trying to scam me, I have no credit cards & wouldn't give them any information anyway.

They flat out suck....they call and hang up waiting for me to call them back so they can say I called them ...

i have been getting these call for several monthe.sometimes several times a day.and they use different numbers.i have ask them to stop calling and they just hang up.Ive gotten 2 calls today and they just hang on and dont talk.this is harrassment.please stop it.

I got a call today from them, a recorded message stating that this is their second and final attempt to lower my interest rates. How is it possible for me to get these calls when I am on the do not call registry? What is the point of registering my numbers?

called yet agian, Card Services, about my credit cards and interest rates.  they say second and last call, but they say that everytime they call, I am sill waiting for it to be my last call from them

Card Services (so called) has over 850 phone numbers that they use.  And I can only block 12 of them.  We just let the phone ring.

Credit card interest rate lowering scam

Some credit card Co which I never had an account left a message saying it was my last chance to take care of reducing my rate.  Surprising isnt it I take care of my finances the way I choose.  Very annoying.

Stayed on line to see what the scam was. Said they did not work with individual banks, work "directly" with the main offices of Visa, etc. Hung up when I asked if they could mail me literature.

Card Services scam.  "Rachel" left a message on the machine (one of many - she gets busy during the holidays), saying that it was my final chance during this fiscal term to lower my rates.  
Previously, I have stayed on the line or pressed whatever to get a person - he asked if I was ready to lower my rates.  I asked who he was, which credit card.  He said they could help with any credit card.  I asked who the company was, and he's starting to get irritated as in how-dare-you-question-me (when you know you're dealing with a freakin' liar).  Anyhoo, I told him to put my on their internal do not call list but this apparently doesn't work either.
They are selling a service (a scam service but still...) so I don't understand why they are slipping through the Do Not Call.
