This people claim I owe them money, but will not provide any details.

Yes, I received  a telephone call on 04/20/2015 from Helen Scott, telephone number 415-855-0858 stating a civil suit was filed against me, and Helen Scott explained that she would telephone call me back tomorrow. The next day I received a telephone call from a women by the name of Helen Scott telephone number 415-993-1130, she identified that I owed a payday loan for originally $400.00 dollars at a store location in San Diego California. Helen Scott proceeded to explain that I failed to payoff the payday loan in the year of 2010, and interest rate(s) of late charge(s) added of a total cost(s) of $10050.00 that I owe to pay now to stay out of court, or I could pay $600.00 now to stay out of court. Helen Scott recited my place of employment and my bank account number and my old mailing address. Helen Scott said that she is calling from a "central time zone" and Helen Scott said that her place of employment was in Miami Florida and she works for a "pretrial arbitration firm" I told her that I was going to work and I am leaving. This is a scam, this is a San Francisco area code in Miami Florida, and Helen Scott actually identifies a "central time zone" when Miami Florida is in an eastern time zone. This is a scam!!! my credit report(s) are clean.

I got a call from the same number tracking down my wife for the same exact reason. We requested they submit it in writing and they refused. After seeing this I will be contacting the FBI and reporting this.

scam they call wanting all sorts of info claiming you owe money and will proceed with court filings, I told them to send it to me in writing and they refuse.

Received a call from a "Jessica Brown" -- thick accent, was hard to make out the message, but something related to a lawsuit / civil charges, and that I could call them back at the (415) 885-0858 to help resolve it.

I received a call from this number yesterday and again today. Both times I was not home so they left a voice mail claiming they were filing a civil suit against me and wanted to give me a chance to "work things out" before they proceed with litigation. It has to be a scam because the only debts I have is my car and house since I filed BK back in 2012.
