threatened i would be arrested me from my job talking about i didnt pay back a loan...and wouldnt give me any information on the loan n how much the loan was for.

I got a call from this number, the message was very hard to understand. I try to do a payday loan but changed my mind when I started getting a million calls. This message sounded very threatening and ended with may god save you. He said his name was Nathan Brown Ha RIGHT! They do not answer when called back I have NO outstanding loans so it is obviously a scam!!! Do not give them any information.

I do have a payday loan out right now...it is NOT outstanding and i get threatened?? I was told good luck and may God save me...wth? I seriously am considering bringing this to the police.....VERY hard to understand...and you could hear other people talking in the background...as though it is a telemarketer...Yeah...wrong person to mess with.

I just got called and that I was going to get arrested and had federal charges against me for bank fraud. He claimed he was a restitution officer and he had an accent. They told me talk to lawyer Mike Anderson he and then I was transfered to the restitution officer.  They said I could only pay by pre paid visa or Mastercard I had 45mins to get them thier money and  a apology note.  I have a medical condition and I did not nedd this stress thank god for my husband and the computer to find out it was a scam. the number they called from 4158685782 and 4158685792

The caller was very hard to understand...I saw the number on my cell phone and immediately declined the call. He left me a voice mail & told me it was an urgent matter that I needed to call him back or he was going to have me arrested at my place of employment. He said he knew my social security number and threathened to have police come to my home. I don't even know where he got my information from, he didn't say where he was calling from either. He told me I had better get a good lawyer to fight the charges that were being held against me. I haven't called the number back, but I'm a bit nervous as to how he got all of my information.

Received a call from 415-868-5792 this morning and after ignoring the call a guy left me a voicemail stating that my ss# drivers license and name was under state investigations and if i ignored the call and didnt call back he wish me goodluck, and he suggested that i get an attorney, he say his name was Shaun Carter, but he spoke very funny as if he was just learning english... After callling the number back he repeated the last four num of my social and said that i would be arrested at my place of employment for payday loans that were never paid back....he hung up in my face and after i tried to call again... NO ANSWER & It just made a beep noise to leave a message... but he stated he was calling from from a law firm...... its very sad that your privacy is no longer your own!!!!!

I have been called twice by these at work, some indian guy, threatening me with being sued and I need to get an attorney. Wont tell me anything but said I should call Mike Anderson and speak to him about this situtaion.

I just received a message from "Sean Johnson" who gave this as a call back number. Thick accent, mispronouncing my first name (sounded like Shelly not Kelly).  The funniest part is that he left this voicemail on my office phone - and I am an attorney (and say so in my outgoing message). I tried calling back to inform him that what he is doing is illegal but there was only a "beep" and silence.

My fiancee and i got calls from this number from a guy named  "Mike Anderson " stating that we tried to get a loan from them, that it failed to go into an account for what ever reason and when they tried to retrieve the amount from the account, could not. There were big holes in his information, including that he could not give us an amount, an account bank name or even a date of transaction. When i called the California courts asking for information, they informed me there was no information in their system concerning myself or my fiancee on this matter with anyone at all. When i called them back a final time and asked for a conference call between the " attorney" and Mike Anderson ". They spoke with me for 1 min and when i asked which spoke to my fiancee, they said " what ever man " and hung up. They both had a big draw in their accent, like they were from outside the country. Even slipped during our calls and made a comment about " my government " Its a shame there are people out there that can try this illegal stuff and cant be caught and made examples out of with trials and jail time.

Got the same type of call, stating we  had some kind of loan amount that they tried to put into an account. After three calls back and forth today, they proved their fake by being rude and hanging up on us. They both had very thick Nigerian accents. and no solid story between themselves
