He says he is at a law firm named Bishop, Bishop, Prompter, and Johnson, and we have him saying that on voicemail!  Telling my daughter if she doesn't pay them $500. tonight, they will send the Sheriff over to ARREST her and take  her to JAIL and have her license suspended.!  That is highly illegal to say these things, if you go to the Justice Dept web site, you can get up to $500,000 or 1% of their earnings whichever is less.  Their bosses better have a few words to them!  I saw on another website that it is called Universal Fidelity LP
But I'm sure if that is correct or not.  I searched the CA attorney site and there is no lawyer named that, the only one I found was in Florida and he was G. Franklin, III

The      guy     who      calls     from     this    number       says     he's    a    lawyer     named    FRANK  BISHOP     out      of     San    Francisco      and       is      trying     to    get     money     out     of    me     from     an     old      debt     he    says      and     refuges     to     send     me      any     information    on    the     subject.     Plus    he    wants      my      debit     card     information     and    says    he    w ill     find     it      and      take      the     money.  Can      he    do     that?   Ssyd    he     will    arrest    me    if     I    gave     him     some     money.    Something     isn't     right    here.   Plese    someone    help    me.
