I keep getting calls every hours from tthis number...I never answer the calls...send the calls straight to mythe voicemail...Who is this person or company?!

keep calling me saying i am being sued in California

They've called twice today and left 75 second messages. He says I I or my attorney do not respond immediately the best he can do is wish me good luck. And I'm pretty sure a guy with an Indian accent that thick is NOT name Danny Morris.

Called 4 times today, left 2 60-70 second messages that I couldn't understand. I called back, some guy answered said his name was Danny Morris and I was being sued, the sheriff should have contacted me, I should get an attorney and the best he could do was wish me luck and he hang up the phone. I called right back ,no one answered and there was no message to leave a voice message.

I recieved three calls from this number today. It was an Indian man he left a voice mail on my cell phone as well as my direct line at work! He said I needed to call as soon as possible and he wished me luck because everything is going to unfold on me! He kind of sounded threatening but its a scam I just want them to stop calling my work!

Keep getting calls at my place of employment from this number attorney Michelle Brown. States I am getting arrested?

I have gotten a couple calls from this phone number. Since I have a business in my home I answer all calls. The gentleman is obviously foreign and says he is a paralegal for Michael Carter (? not sure if that is last name as he cannot be understood). He says there is a lawsuit being filed with my name and social security number.  When questioned who is suing me he cannot give me any information. When you call number it rings several times then there is a beep and nothing

I just received the same call from a man named David Miller, this has happened to me a few times before. I called a lawyer and they told me to contact the FBI at IC3.gov... Please feel free to do so the more we stop scammers. There is no debters prison, people cant go to jail for not being able to pay back a loan. Things happen they cannot threaten jail time. It is against the law.

these i being  people keep calling me they say im being sued i owe all this money for loans. and that the sheriff will bring my papers to me in the morning. when i try to get more info they hung up. when i called back they said i owed all this money and they have my personal information but cant give me any more info to ask the sheriff. i have no idea who these people are or how they got my information but i tried to explain i didnt have any loans and they hung up on me again.

I am getting 10 or more phone calls from this company a day. They are saying I took out a payday loan with CashAdvanceUSA which I did not. Persons calling identified themselves as Robert Smith and MIchael Carter. They speak very broken English and sound like foreigners. I have complained to my police dept and the magistrate but can do nothing without an address. Please help! Not only are they calling, they are telling me I'm gonna be arrested and information sent to my employer. They are calling and hanging up on me as well. They say I owe them over $4000. Would like to know address so I can file formal charges.

Says I owe $2000.00 dollars to them. Its a scam. need to find out who it it is and... put them where they belong.

They are scam artist .they called me with all that attorney payday loan crap and a good luck.a few Weeks back  so I told them to eat curry and [***]..a few minutes later I for bored and called him back again talking shiiiit to him and he said phuck all americans ...well today they called back I told him to go to hell ..then I called back and a lady answered and started singing to me I chuckled and she said my name and asked me to sing her a song the Justin biber song "girlfriend" we both sang it together ..then I asked her for her name and she said only if I promise to never tell anyone else ...I promised lol she said it was Jessica ..then I asked her what was her favorite fake name she told me it was Michelle brown I told her that I knew she was.ag scam and she.said she doesn't care she still makes money cuz most Americans are idiots and send them money ...we [***] for.about 3 Minutes more sang another song and  she said.call her later cuz some.times she gets.bored....

I am also getting calls from this number. They are telling me I owe a payday loan which I never took out. I am getting threatened to be arrested, fired, phone shut off etc. They have been calling me weekly since the begining of Oct. 2012. They have all of my information, social security, address. I have filed complaints with FTC, FBI, and Internet crimes. They hang up on you when you try to ask for specific information. They have also used the number (315) 640-3000. They have heavy accents. The only name I have been able to get is Michelle Brown claiming to be an attorney.

All I know is I woke up this morning with 4 missed phone calls on my cell phone and a couple on my answering service. So I see I have voice messages on my cell so I check them its some thick accented Indian type guy named Edward Marshal saying that he is callin regarding a serious matter and that if I or my attorney dont respond he wishes me good luck.. so that woke me right on up ... I called the number back and it went to a beep I said whoever this is saying that i need to get my attorney got me [***] up, because I am an attorney. Then I hung up, but I just couldnt rest cause it pissed me off they called me some much when I was sleep and didnt answer, then they leaving the same number they are calling from in the message as a contact number for the lawyer. So I called back and some guy answered and I asked for the Edward guy and he said no Edward works for me and Im the attorney but im thinking to myself ughhh yall are dumb u are the edward guy like really, so I say what are yall calling me for saying I need an attorney, he states your name is bleep bleep , i say yea he say your ss# is bleep i say why ... he said because you are going to have a warrant issued for you monday since you have taken out a payday loan and havent paid it... I said u dam lie i've never taken out a payday loan dumbass scammer get a real job. He quickly hung up.. I called back 3 times and he would pick up and hang up so i called my local police station here in houston and im in the process of filing a complaint and getting they ass shut down.

This is a scam!!! Michelle Brown is a rude and sick individual claiming to be a lawyer. Something need to be done about this.
