Many times over the past year or more I have called this fax removal number but I keep getting their junk mail faxes.

I have called 416-201-0704 repeatedly and left a message on its automated answering program asking that the company who uses that telephone number stop sending me fax flyers from Peerless Mason [Wayne Gould 416-253-8043].  All to no avail.

We keep getting faxes from Peerless Mason and have repeatedly called the
fax removable number with no success.

Same story here.  I've left nice and crabby messages but still get his junk fax 1-2 times per week.

Same thing here as well.  I've been trying for years to get rid of these faxes but I still keep getting them a couple times a week.

I called multiple times to have our fax number removed and when you do, they send the same fax over and over and over in retaliation. The company name is 9273660 Ontario Limited, 142 islington Avenue, Suite 223, Toronto, Ontario, M8V 3B6.

This is actiually an apartment building, so they operate out of their house.

I spoke to Wayne Gould this morning.  He promised me that he would remove my fax number because he doesn't want to send faxes to "fax whiners" or "poor people" that can't afford his wonderful services.  His number is (416) 259-4922.

Got the millionth fax from these idiots.  Since my fax is registered with the Do Not Call list I reported them here:

I have also reported this number about continuous faxes. I encourage everone to do the same.

Got another "Wet Basement" fax today.  Our business does not even have a basement.  We first write Gould to stop this in November of 2002.  Proper mailing address and for legal service:

This is now the 4th time that I have taken the time to remove my numbers from their system.  I recorded the last two times with their fax broadcast.  This has to stop.

As far as I know, the do not call regs state that the caller must cease calling/faxing within 30 days of your adding your # to the list. Since the list was only opened Oct 1, I doubt if complaints before Oct 30 would get to far.

I registered on Oct 7, and am just itching to get one of his stupid faxes after Nov 7. Then I'm going to have some fun.

I have been receiving these faxes for over a year. I registered my fax on the CRTC Do Not Call Registry on October 1. I have also filed two complaints through the CRTC against this company and guess what? CRTC has never contacted me regarding my complaints. I got three more faxes this morning. I have also tried to call "Wayne" and his voice mail is full. What is wrong with this idiot? I can't imagine a victim of this harassment has actually given him any business.

I have removed my fax several times but after a few days continue to get these faxes.  Registered my number on the do not call but after reading the above comments, will this really work?  Additionally my fax is registered with my business.  Tough luck I suppose.

This companies fax removal is a joke.
I think if every person that receives a fax from this company was to phone their business number and complain to them every time they received one of their unwanted faxes (and I'm sure there are thousands of you out there) maybe it would tie up their business from legitimate customers. It's time to give back some of the irritation onto them. Frankly I'm tired of paying for these companies advertising.

Could we get his fax number?  Then we all all could fax back to him non-stop and see how he likes it.

More times than I can count I have requested removal with no luck.  I phone Wayne Gould  @ 416-259-4922 and he called me a fax whiner and poor...blah blah blah, call him personally.  Hopefully eventually he'll get sick of hearing from us.

Another option is to send text message to his phone via e-mail, that will cost him money, and you nothing, perhaps he'll get point.

I'm in the same boat as everybody else.
