I received a couple of calls from this #.  Just called back and it is a disconnected number even though I got a call from them April 27 th 2014

got a call from this number today. display showed the number but no name.
no message left.

I got 3 calls yesterday and when I picked up the phone and said hello the guy hung up, today is over yet I already got 2 calls from this this number 4162072782. He or she never responds but just hung up. Why are they doing this? I do not know what is their intention.
I also received calls from 4168406269 and 416 624 3144 every day (3 to 4 calls each) never respond but just hung up.
These 2 numbers come from the same people. I am not surprised the number 4162072782 are also the same people as the above 2 numbers. I went to the police station with the above 2 numbers.

This number calls most every day,  no on ever there when we answer.
When we dial it back its out of service.
who can we call to report this?
