Got called from this number several times in the past week.  I didn't answer and they never left voicemails.

Got call from this number several times in the past week. Always around the same time in the evening.  I didn't answer and they never left voicemails. I called the number always occupied.

I got a call from this number and a woman that talked to me wanted to do a survey. The survey was for RBC She indicatd that no personal info would be asked.I discontinued the call without any info being relayed. I then called RBC.with this persons phone number and particulars of conversation.The number was not in RBC's list of associates.The number is now being elevated to RBC. SECURITY as this call might have had the intent for fraud.

I live in Vancouver...  I go this Phone CALL 1-416-233-0047 right after I got 1-231-732-2879.

1-231-732-2879 SOUNDS like those shopping TV ads..  " wow, you are so LUCKY.  you won a discount trip to CanCUN.. 6 days and 9 nights"

WTF.. It sounds too GOOD to be TRUE..

Just got a call from them, it's 8:54pm in Toronto.  They asked for my husband using his full first name, not the shortened version that EVERYONE uses.  I asked if they wanted to leave a message but they said they'd call back.
The only reason I answered is cause I thought it'd be too late for a scam call.
The phone is in my maiden name.

this number just called my home phone and no one was there. creeepy

I just got a call and the recording was 2 1/2 minutes of a girl interviewing or questioning a man about languages and politics in the gaza, where he seemed to be from. Sounded like a conversation and had background of people talking.

got a call from this number eventhough my number is unlisted. dont know how they could have gotten it, i didnt answer and there was no message

I got the call saying it was some company (the same didn't sound right) conducting a survey on behalf of RBC. It was a young lady on the line.... Someone called RBC about this? What have they done so far?

received call at 5.33pm local time from ontario asking if I could talk a short (2 minute) survey on behalf of rbc.
Asked if I had been to my branch in the last month.I said no. they hung up.

I an in Newfoundland and this number called our home three times this evening after 5:00 p.m. The third time, which was at 8:52 Newfoundland time, I picked up. A woman asked for my mother (by her first name only). I told her she no longer lives at this phone number and hung up on her. I smell a scam...

Got this call 2/18 6:26. Wasn't home, no message left. Live in Atlantic Canada.

The number 416-233-0047 called my place at 8:43pm didn't answer it. I found this site and thought what the hell ill block my number and call them back. Called at 9:09pm they hung up at 9:16pm lol hope I pissed them off!!

Got three calls last week from this number.No message. Called back and no answer. I am so tired of having to worry about people being dishonest!

i saw this number on call display. I had a recent visit to an rbc branch, so the previous post would make sense for me.

Got a call around 8 p.m.  My husband picked up the phone and gave it to me....when I said hello....there was nothing.  Saw the comments up above about RBC.....probably them.
