Calls and then hangs up multiple times a day.

The same number keeps calling my house - starting from as early as 9am to as late as 11pm. And they call about 3 to 4 times. It sometimes comes up with the caller ID as 'SIPPS'.

I am on call 7/24 and the last thing I need are these types of calls. This weekend I have been phoned 5 times at all hours. When I answer the line is dead. When I phone back from my cell I get a busy signal. When I phone back from my land line I get an "Invalid Number" message.

There must be some way to put this guy out of business.

Like the rest of you....I have the same old complaint about phone number 416 477 0004.

Just wondering, if we all ban together and phone Bell business office (hoping you all are still with them) to register our complaint we might be able to get something done?!  It has just cost me to find out who was the last number that called as I dont have call display...now that really ticks me off. It may be only a loonie but  I am thinking of the money this is generating into Bell if there is a lot of us using this service...why should we be billed?  I truly think Bell should be going after the person who owns this phone number and bill them as well as repremanding them for the nuisance they have caused.

Same problem here.  Call received at 3:06 pm (Toronto, ON) it went to voice mail.  Dead air was the only "message"  Again also SiPPS appeared in Caller ID.

I started receiving calls from 416-477-0004 two days ago.

I got the call at 4:43. I hope I dont get harrassed or else I will freak.

That link leads to a site for complaining about Bell or other service providers, not to complain about someone calling you.

Try complaining to the Do Not Call List (DNCL) run by the CRTC, here:

Also, make sure you've registered your number on the DNCL... it isn't a permanent registration and does expire after a couple years, I think.

Unfortunately, don't get your hopes up.  If I recall correctly, I think only one company has been fined for violating the DNCL so far, in the past couple of years.  And I think their jurisdiction is limited to Canada, so violators from other countries are still "untouchable".

I'd like these calls to stop!

Phone rang, I answered and said "Hello" three or four times, but there was only dead silence.
How rude is that?  I tried to phone back but the line is always busy.
If I find out who these jerks are I'll let you know ...
