TO MY CELL PHONE.  Same message. They were asking for $10,000.  I hung up at that point.

got this call yesterday ..
didnt pick up.. left a voice mail saying debt n stuff deleted right after!

got this stupid call...didn't care to listen but started of with important message about national economic crisis - i knew how important it was so hung up

I got a call from this number on my cell. Didnt answer. I never answer calls from numbers I dont know...I usually google those unknown numbers.

Wonder how and why these crisis people are calling our cells.

These telemarketers are costing me time and money. Any suggestions as to how to discourage them?

on both home and cell phones.
Definitely a spam. I reported it to Email: info@antifraudcentre.ca

Please if significant part of those who got a spam will report, authorities will do something!
This caller is annoying and behaived as illegal criminal.
No one picked a return call !

Oh, Caller is not Bell --  thought it was *Cell* Company that I am with.

Just got this call now at around 2 on Friday Dec 2, 2011. They left a message. Same as everyone else.

Thanks for this valuable information. I also got this message a few minutes ago. Tried using my call screen but it said the number was unavailable. Some info about a national debt crisis and if you owe $10,000 or more.

i got a missed call from this number just now, at 2:36pm December 2nd.....i like googling unknown numbers as well and i seldom pick up calls from numbers i dont know....i googled them and found this forum....thanks...now i will definitely not call back to see who bothers...kill the telemarketers, the nerve....

They weren't ASKING for $10 000. They asked if you have $10 000 in debt and were offering free debt counselling. Still not something I'm interested in but, nobody was ASKING you for anything.
