It's DCI - Debt Collect Inc. These guys are debt collectors and are just as insolent as they come. Seem nice at first, then try to use pressure "tactics" when they're not getting compliance.  I take it "Gary" and possibly "frank" works for them...

A women by the name of Lisa called my company screaming  at me for not calling her back.  She was the rudest person I have EVER spoke to on the phone.  They are looking for money for service that were cancelled and I refuse to pay them.  I could not believe how she literally screamed at me and told me to transfer to someone  else after I told her repeatedly that the individual was not in.

This women should NEVER be allowed to communicate with another human  being.

Yes! I actually called the company on another line and asked what DCI stood for and they said they don't give information to random people who call THEM. lol He then asked for my SIN number lmao. Thank you for your post. They actually lie and say it's regarding your application.

Individual threatened to register against C/B, threatened to have me fired and was totally obnoxious...how do these individuals get personal information.

They are not a licensed collection agency. They have no right to conduct collection business in the province of Ontario.

If they call tell them not to call again or you contact police. Also maybe record the conversation, would be great if someone from DCI gets charged with harassment .

She called me at work too.. i told her not to call me there. She then phoned back and asked for my work address.. I am worried now.. I cancelled service and don't believe they deserve a dime.. not sure what to do next

They are still not a licensed collection agency according to this site. They should be charged with harassment, they blatantly lie to anyone they speak with and harass employers without any sort of court ruling hoping to simply embarrass people into paying. Disgusting behaviour, I would never use them for business purposed based on what I've heard.
