I pay to this idiot more than 500....his name in craiglist Toronto is Sarah Lambert e-mail sarah.lambert@hotmail.ca....I make reports to the RCMP and 22 Toronto Police division. I hope I will be his last victim and this never happen to anybody. His name is Roger Neiley resident of Hamilton, Ontario and he has a roommate, friend and  same as him THIEF named - Shaun Nixon.

So this ediot just tried to do the same to me but I googled him first and thankfully found this forum!! I emailed him back saying I wasn't sending him money unless I got the tickets first and that I read up on him in this forum. Of course he responded back saying I just put the forum up because I'm trying to scam him! Dumbass couldn't see the posting dates on people's posts and how they date back to 2009!

Im in the midst of buying 4 tickets from him. I then thought of searching him on yellowpages and fond nothing and I found that quite suspicious and then googled him and found this! This guys got some huge balls.

Toronto Police have made an arrest folloing allegations of a fraudulent operation involving the online sale of event tickets.

It's alleged thatbetween March 2009 and December 2010, the accused advertised event tickets, buying and selling on Craigslist, using the following aliases on the Internet to defraud his victims: Sarah Lambert, Robert Cook, John Pearson, Megan Hinton, Jeff Costas, Amber Schultz, John Jonensen, Dan Evans, Ryan Lighty, and Mark Shaw,

Police say he obtained payments through transfers, with the victims never obtaining tickets, and losing their cash.

27 year old Roger Neiley of Hamilton, has been charged with 20 counts of Fraud Under, 20 counts of Laundering Proceeds, and 20 counts of False or Misleading Representations to the Public.

Police believe that there may be more victims

Anyone with information is asked to contact Det. Alan Spratt at 416-808-7300, Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
