called no msg left

They call me daily as well.  I called the number and a recording comes on saying they are a marketing company calling on behalf of ScotiaLife Financial.

this is gettin anonying its harassement

Yeah, they keep calling me on my cell phone and not living any messages.  Very Frustrated... Thinking on pulling all my accounts from that Bank.

Optima Communications International calling for Scotialife Financial.  I haven't had accounts with the Scotiabank group for a while now, so this is kind of annoying.

I created a new account with Scotia back in August. I began recieving these calls within a few months.

recieved the call on my cell, didn't answer, there was no message

stored it in contacts as "spam" so won't answer next time

Calls me 2 times atleast a day I never answer, my husband did today when I was out said they were callin from Scotiabank. My mortgage is with Scotia
but they wouldn't talk to him...now what do I do, I see other people have had the same problem

Called me on a Thursday and a Monday, both about 2:00-2:30pm PST. I added it to my blacklist on Addonis for Blackberry. They will have their calls blocked from now on. NO I DO NOT NEED A NEW VISA!!!

I've been getting daily calls on my personal telus cell phone from them for three weeks so I called the number back & their voicemail box was full (big shocker) but I just dialed star zero and told the person to take your number off their calling list.  I did that just today and "Brenda" seemed very understanding and nice.  I don't know if it'll actually work or not, but it's worth a try I think!

A young lady called from Optima for Scotiabank about insurance. I listened to her script because I know talk-time helps her. I was nice to her and kindly said no. They call about 3 times a year. Same old [***]. Getting angry will not help the situation though.

they have called me every weekend for the past 4 weeks!

Same here - called on my cell phone but wouldn't leave message. I didn't bother to answer or to call back. If it is really from some telemarketers for from Scotia Bank, they will also be calling from 647-288-3808 which shows up on my cell phone a couple of times per week.

received this call almost daily.... annoying

I get calls from both numbers at least once every day, really annoyed as they call my cell and home phone. At least if these people are going to harass us they could at least put a real person on the line instead of a recording, at least then we could tell them off!

got a call from 4168478754 - no  message - seems like another desperate marketer - tying to make up for the downturn in economy.

i got call several times, it is annoying too. too much calls for no reason.

Calls 3-4 times/week no message.

this has got to stop  it calls all the time

sms text them and it will stop
