that's actually 100% pretty much all banks DO hire outside companies to do customer satisfaction surveys for them - up until recently I worked for a telephone survey company and we did surveys for TD and Scotiabank all the time. It'd be retarded to think that a BANK would put together a whole call-centre just to do telephone surveys about how good your banking experience was when there are tons of reputable companies that you can outsource to.
That being said this # seems to be a general telesales/service company that must do outsource work for various other companies because they've called me for various reasons/elsewhere on the net they seem to have called people for everything from surveys to telemarketting.
