I received a call from 416-940-4218. NO message and apparently not in service

This is an outbound line only from the Collections Department of Telus Mobility

I received a call from this number today, however, if it is indeed Telus collections, I find that extremely confusing, as I don't even deal with Telus, and I have NEVER dealt with Telus.

i receive calls from that number 416-940-4218, i can't answer because it's during my class time, but they don't leave any message, and it's the tird time they have called me. they call everyday since 3 days!

It is telus collections department.

It probably is Telus collections since I got a call from them about 30 mins after paying my bill over the phone. They hung up as soon as I answered and didn't say anything. Hey Telus learn some phone etiquette

It is Telus phone company, which is notorious with its bad service.
Once you are customer, it will keep phoning you even 8 years after you withdrew from their service.

Yup, it's Telus, I am way past due and that makes sense. So confirmed, it's for past due accounts.

Also, they charge you interest if you miss the pay date, so you might as well wait till right before the next due date to pay up in full, they won't charge you any more interest until past that date, so why not just pay right before?  You've paid the interest on it.
