    Got a call from 4172082154 as well. I didn't answer and a message was left. The message said "ooh ohh ooh hello". It was pretty awkward as the "ooh's" were sexual noises. The caller ID said Holly Stringer as well.

    Yeah i got this number about a thousand times. Don't know who it is but they left a message and all it was was whitenoise and someone breathig heavily. Very creepy....
