    Chris Payne
This foreign person called and wanted to lower interest on one of my credit cards.  He had
the first four numbers of card but did not ask my name, but asked for entire credit card number.
Asked for last four of SSN.  I asked repeatedly to speak to a supervisor which he declined, asked
who he was and would not tell me or take no for an answer.  I finally made him hang up on me.
I called credit card company and they verified they do not make those type of calls.  SCAMMER
