Another one of the lower you interest rate calls. The sorry A**es.
Area code is for Missouri but this probably a fake number that these people like to use.- Call type: Telemarketer

- Rafe| 2 repliesWe get these calls almost weekly. They identify themselves as Card Holder Services and they say they will lower your interest rate.... blah blah. We immediately hang up. The question is why this continues when we are on a Do Not Call list. Is Do Not Call just a joke to make people believe something may get done.

- Olga| 2 repliesSTOP CALLING! If I need my interest rate lowered, I will call YOU!. Stop calling, you are annoying

- Jake replies to OlgaYou do know ?
1. these scammers are NOT from a credit card servive.
2. they are just thieves looking for your Name / CCard numbers.
3. Your info is sold immediately over the internet
4. Your Info will be used to open new accounts in your name.
5. these scammers are NOT in the USA, so reporting them does nothing.
The one's in the USA, ALWAYS use FAKE Caller ID's , their number is always fake.
the best thing to do .. is NEVER give your correct info ,, but try to get there phone-number.
tell them .. there is a bad connection . . get their name and phone number to return call, then file a report once confirmed. - ben| 1 reply417-800-2301
credit card services. they use as many as 20 different numbers. as soon as i block one of their number, they call using a different number. their computer system must be able to identify when you block their number and they program it to call you from a different number. It looks like i need to change the number i have had for 20 years. they all every day, all day long. I even called the FTC, filed a complaint but they did nothing. Sorry i don't have a solution for you all. Good luch- Caller: Credit card services / V09271235580016 comes up on caller ID

- penNavada MO is the area code given - no voicemail left
- in Northern CaliforniaSomeone called from this number. If they don't use Caller ID, it doesn't even ring. I didn't answer it. They didn't leave a message. I then blocked future calls using my Panasonic Dect cordless phone. My guess: fraud. I assume it's fraud if I don't know the party. Without a doubt, it's a party who wants me to empty my bank account into theirs. It ain't gonna work, no how, no way. What [***]. I loathe them. F-ck off, bottom feeders.

- AHWe keep getting these unsolicted calls from some card services - they leave messages and never stop calling.
- whitefrog replies to RafeI am on the "do not call" list and you would not believe how many calls I get each week which I should not! Guess "do not call" is not all-inclusive???????????
- Houston TX| 1 replyOne way I've found to reduce the amount of these calls is to attach a fax machine to the phone line. It rings several times before the fax picks up. I check the Caller ID to see if it's someone I want to talk to, if not, the fax catches it. It takes a while but eventually the these types of calls slack off. They will probably never quit, but there are not as many as there used to be and I don't get as frazzled. Now if I could only find a way to stop them from calling my office----

- JohnIt's always the same thing with these people. A robocall from "Rachel from Account Services" says there is no problem with your card but that they have something urgent to talk about with me. (A lot of times, I click through just to mess with them). When you get a live person, they're incredibly vague and want to know right off the bat if you owe more than $3000 on a credit card. Same script every time. If at any point they sense you're not going to give them answers...whether it's you asking too many questions, playing stupid, or even coming close to telling them off...they immediately hang up on you.
I really wish some Attorney General somewhere would go after these [***] and hammer them. Any politician who can stop this crap would have my vote.- Caller: Card Services

- Card services FraudThe reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO. They will try and gather enough information to create an account. Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.
Note: Insight Services is affiliated with Delta Outsource Group.- Caller: Delta Outsource Group

- MinnieMy solution to these calls -- it's payback if nothing else -- after I receive one call I set the call forwarding on my phone so that every time this number calls in it immediately gets forwarded to (218) 488-1302 which is is a "prank line" recording for a mental health office. Gives me a little fun with them!!
- JeffWhen I asked who the f$%k this company is (since this was the third call TODAY), I was told "I ain't gonna tell you you stupid f$%ing pr&%k because you cursed at me." unbelievable...

- SteadyJust rec'd yet another call after requesting not to be called numerous times. Sooooo, I hit "1" to speak with an
operator or rep and I asked what card they were calling about. I was told my VISA card (I have three) so I asked which one. "All of them." I refrained from responding with "You fu***ing a..hole." I asked that they not call again and the woman rep sarcastically said, "Yeahhhhhhhhh," and hung up. Someone needs to do something about this company. Who do I contact.....other than them?/- Caller: ?
- PerryInteresting twist to the continuing saga of these idiots who have now been calling my house for over 2 yrs now. Somehow they have found a way to attach their spoofed tel number to an actual contact in your phone. They called a few minutes ago and the caller ID showed the company name that I work for - now how in the hell can they do that ?????????? I cant believe the FCC cant do a damn thing about this company as they have been calling my house for over 2 yrs now and I check all the numbers they use on this site to call block them on my landline and my call block has a 30 number limit and it is full with just numbers these a%$holes use. At least this time they did not have the prerecorded message from " Rachel" stating that everything is ok with your credit cards and all they want to do is lower your rate.

- fraudulent CSPlaces such as Delta Outsource Group (Debt Collector) will Spoof calls from various numbers and do these annoying hangups, dead air, foreign language, fraudulent advertising etc. to agitate the victims. Then they will call as themselves, for real, and be real polite. The theory behind this is that the people are so frusterated by the fraudulent and anoying phone calls prior to this, that they are actually pleased to hear a decent voice on the other end and therefore are victim to giving their personal data more freely to these Debt Collectors.

- GooniorJust received a call from this number. They must have a lot of people pressing one and telling them to quit calling, I had to wait in cue, I was caller 4 and after a couple of minutes a woman answered, didn't give a name, asked for a name and she hung up. If this was a legit co. u would think that they would be proud to give a name, but NOOOOOOO!. Told these people to quit calling before, I've been polite and rude, cussing them out, calling them names, but they don't get the hint. This is as bad as a phishing e-mail, looking to see who takes the bait!!!!!!!!!!!
