- JeanieWho is behind this number??
- BillPer *69, Call Return. I called back to get their side of the story (as Rachel from Cardholder Services often uses spoofed phone numbers) but could not reach anybody during normal business hours. I accordingly reported this number for a Do Not Call violation.
The Cardmember Services rep was angry enough when he discovered that I really had no interest in his services that he committed a possible felony (terroristic threat) by saying, "We have your address, and you will see just how serious we are." Note; I am NOT saying that this individual called from the indicated number, as I may well have been forwarded to him.- Caller: Cardholder Services/ Cardmember Services

- Emmaper *69 They call EVERY WEEK! I'm on the 'do not call list' . I tell them to STOP calling. They KEEP calling. I'd like to know who they really are so I NEVER do any business with them!
- Jim"your second and last notice to lower your cc interest rates" lame scam call.
These theives and scumbags dont care about the "do not call list". They call from faked/spoofed numbers so blocking each number is about the only option.
It seems like lately its either the "lower your cc interest rates" or the "you've won a free home security system" scam call if its a number I dont recognise.
Any call that begins with the phrase "Dont hang up" should be hung up on, immediately.
Never press any button to talk to a rep, never give them any info, never ask to be put on their do not call list and never call them back.- Caller: credit cards

- JanThis number 417-800-2333 has called me twice today. I then pressed 1 and talked to someone with a hispanic voice to ask why they keep calling and he told me to quit answering the one button. I have reported him again for the fifth or sixth time to the FCC .

- Senior Citizen-My experience is similar to other emails I've read. Card Services is relentless in its harassment even after speaking personally to three representatives. Last representative hung up on me. Has anyone found a way to efectively stop this??????
- Caller: Card Services
- KenI do not answer and they do not leave message.
- Caller: Card Services
- KimMessage states: "This is your final notice to reduce your interest rate as it relates to the financial stimulus". They have called numerous times (so it's not really final at all), and I usually don't answer. However, I'm tired of the calls, and I pressed 1 to speak to a representative. I politely asked that I be removed from their calling list and was hung up on!

- TomiNYCGuess good 'ol Rachel is starting up again! Received this call on Jan. 3 at 2:00 PM. I didn't answer, and it went into voice mail, which only said final chance, federal stimulus - blah blah. I thought "Rachel's operation was finally shut down. Guess not. Only recourse is just to keep reporting them to the DNC list and the FCC.
Unfortunately, I have Vonage and they do not offer number blocking.- Caller: unknown

- BarryReceived a call 1-8-13 @ 5:49PM.
My wife politely told the man the last time they called NOT to call again and to take our phone number out of their database. The man was very rude, cursed at my wife and upset her to the point of tears. I know NOW what kind of spinless cowards these sleeze balls are. QWe are on the Nation DO NOT CALL list provided by the federal government. Either they are doing this illegally (which they are) or the National Do NOT CALL is a joke. I used #69, called them back and no one would talk to me . . . cowards- Caller: Customer Communications Management

- BrentHave some fun with these idiots. Press 1 and when they pick up say, “Hello this is Marshall Jones, to whom am I speaking?” Note the name Marshall (as a name), not the title Marshal (as in law enforcement officer). Listen to the panic as they quickly hang up!”
- Caller: Credit card services

- RG replies to JohnNot tele-marketer, but a tele-scammer who is after your personal info and credit card numbers. I talked to one of these people briefly, and it was clear that he did not represent any particular credit issuer. "Which credit issuer are you representing?" "Uh... VISA or Master Card..." "You have x thousand or more in credit card debt?" Give him your card number and because of your prompt payment history he'll get your interest cut to 6.9%. Right!
If you do talk to one if these people, give them no factual information about yourself or your financial affairs. And don't bother trying to offend the caller or take offense at anything the caller says. The poor guy on the phone doesn't really care. The next call from Card Services will likely be from a different spoofed number, and the person on the other end of the line will have no idea that you ever talked with anyone else from this criminal organization. - TIRED of robo callsYes good posts here but they just keep calling 4 to 6 times a day all week long. Does anyone know how to stop these idiots?
