Have recieved several calls in the last two weeks from this company. My caller I.D. gives me Resort Sales in Springfield Middouri.. They do not leave a message on the answering machine. If you answer, no one speaks.

I called them back and Spinnaker Resorts Springfield Missouri Answered~!!!

They call my cell phone at least once a day

Selling vacation discounts in a few states. They are out of Michigan. Any call you get from a telemarketer mention the state attorney general and tell them not to call back. Remind them they face big time fines after you tell them to not call back and mention the states attorney general. I use to be a telemarketer. They could care less if you hung up BUT if someone mentioned the attorney general we had to make a note and immediately tell the manager and they would remove you out of the system. Because if someone  got a call again and it was recorded you threatened them with the states attorney general they were in deep dodo and you would be fired on the spot. Of course this is for legit telemarketing businesses.

They have called 5 times today and left three messages from Spinnaker Resorts out of Branson, MO.  Trying to sell vacation timeshares.  I asked them to not call again as this is a work mobile phone and I did mention that I would report them to the Attorney General's per Nebraska's post.... Hopefully this will stop them from calling.

417 851 4101 called my house phone and stayed on the line until I asked, "you don't want to talk to me"?  Immediately they hung up the phone.

could be worse, you could be the loser that has to do this for a living.

This number calls constantly, always around 8:30 PM.  They never leave a message.

They call several times a day and have for a long time now. Usually I don't answer and they don't leave a message. When I do answer they ask for Hazel and I tell them no one by that name lives here and not to call back. Today they called at 12:32 and when I answered they said Hazel and I replied no, and told them if they called back I would get them for phone harassment. His reply was alright I'll call back tomorrow. Someone tell me who to call to get this stopped.

I received a call from this number and I just let it ring but they did not leave a message.  Please tell me why I received this call.

desperate tactics are disrespectful and not who I would do business with.there are laws for harassment of this sort. our lives are cluttered with this crap.

They are selling timeshare.  What a jerk he was to me.  When he said he was calling from Hilton Head SC I knew it was all BS.  I do know for a fact that the caller ID number went to Mo as I have clients there.  So I asked you said you where calling from Hilton Head and your number is MO so what is it... He paused and the I said if you lie I am not interested, which I wasn't anyway. HAHAHAHA got that telemarketer.

Please contact the Missouri Attorney General Chris Koestler and file your complaint .. If you had dealings with them, please I ask you contact the Missouri Attorney General office and file your issue.  Only way to shut them down is to put complaints on record through numerous people.

How and where did you learn about product or service?
Did research on the internet on this company.
Description of Complaint:
Yes, I briefly worked for this company for a total of 48 hours, and no I am not a disgruntled employee seeking revenge of any nature. At any new employment I always research the company that I am with. Upon reseach I found a very extensive list of complaniments from customers that had done business with them. When I looked on the BBB website I also found they have an F rating. Which tells me shady practice and unfair business tactics. I dont want someone to be taken advantage of by a group of these individuals . Their motto that they say they inforce is NO LYING,CHEATING, or STEALING. but based on the research its the total opposite. While in training. The floor mananger: Tammy L. Newburn said I am the only female manager and I will do whatever it takes to get the package sold, if a customer is 76 and requirements are 25-75 she will make it work and they will get sent to vacation, if income is a an issue she will get them to agree to 50k or more income requirements.. Which upon them getting to destination they will find out they not quailifed for whatever reason and be stuck paying FULL retail price.. Anytime I work in sales I have ethics and morals and clearly this company does not carry those same beliefs its more about getting the sale and taking advantage of the American People.. While they do their training they dont mention anything of the resort of where they are located, nothing. And as a sales rep if a customer ask, shouldnt we be able to disclose that to them. I feel their needs an immediate investigation and potentially shut down of business and NOT allowed to open back up under any circumstances. Tammy Newburn has stated if a customer hangs up she will call them back and get the sale. Which in telesales once a customer hangs up the sale is done and you move on to next one. Again this is not a disgruntled employee that seeking revenge I was only employed for 2 days I just simply did research on this company and found a very distributive site. I did bring what I found to the attention of the management and they laughed and shrugged off as its nothing. their company that have similar issues don't make them bad or a con artist. Their office used to be over off Chestnut Expressway and moved to a run down building that used to be a dollar tree .. I would bet that they are cooking the books .. Please investigate this matter and shut this company down, for they are NOT following certain guidelines and regulations. and if you investigate not even a proper business license in GREENE COUNTY

Telemarketer has called every 20 minutes

This company is out of Missouri NOT Michigan, nice assumption though.  As for your law degree pitch, again you are WRONG, please do not give LEGAL advice or try to because you clearly do not know what the hell you are talking about.   FOR the record if you get a telemarketing call and you wish NOT to relieve any more calls then you have to say this, "PUT ME ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST" and if that same company calls you more than 2 times then you can contact outside sources for further help.  If you would have told me, OH I am going to tell the AG (attorney general) I would have said, UMM okay, go for it,  until you say PUT ME ON YOUR DNC list, then I am within my legal actions. BUT nice try on giving advice but you are wrong...
