I am not sure who is calling me and the caller doesn't leave a message. I am behind on a bill by accident (I paid it within the first week of January instead of waiting for the second half. I'm ticked off about that) and I did send a payment in as soon as I realized it (Friday night). I don't think it would have gone to collections so quickly, but I don't know who else would be calling me.  

On the flip side, I have applied to a lot of jobs but usually businesses leave messages.

It is a land-line so it's not a cell phone.

I just got a call from this number.  They were asking for "Jessie" or "Jesse."
Me: (obviously not knowing the number) "Hello?"
Girl: "Jessie/Jesse?"
Me: "Know this is Joel."
Girl: "Oh sorry, wrong number.  Ok bye."

I have received two calls from this number. No messages left. I dont answer my phone to unknown numbers so I dont know if it is a girl or a guy. But by the sounds of it I can just keep ignoring it.
