Called and left message stating "this message is for __________, if you are not __________ please hang up.  By staying on the line you acknowledge you are ___________.  There will now be a 3 second pause for you to hang up.  This call is from a debt collector and contains personal information.  Please call Candace with reference # ______________.  I must receive a return call from you today by 5pm local time."

Not sure what debt they are trying to collect on but my answering machine states that we are on the DNC list and will report them.

Repeated calls from these folks about a credit card balance that was paid current. Talked to supervisor (Jeremy), said he'd handle account himself, They wanted to make a deal to cut the balance by 2/3, but wanted money up front.

Got another call from "Dania,." was transferred back to Jeremy. Told him we didn't want to deal with scammers; he seemed very affronted. Will file with  FCC, FTC, and FBI, CFPB. He said he'd remove my name from his list if I told them to "cease and desist." Which I did. We'll see if they can tell the truth about anything.

They must poke though credit report files, as there was no other way that they'd have known about the credit card balance.

I got the call from this number 419 794 9081 today Jan 23rd, 2013. I have Life Lock and perfect credit, they're out to scam people. I also registered on 'Do not call list'. I already filed a complaint with DNC board, We need more people to file so these people come to their senses and look for real jobs and be useful to society.

Please remove my name from this List I do not owe money to anyone

I got the same message as everyone and all my bills are up to date.

How do I get these people to stop calling my cell? I am not the person they are looking to speak with

I don't know how these people got my number, I'm on the do not call list and I have never had any contact with them so legally they are not supposed to contact me.
I am free of debt so I can only assume they are bottom feeding scum sucking SOB's trying to get money from anybody they can.
If any body who has been harassed by them knows where they are you should go by and introduce yourself!!
