Calls and leaves no messages and calls at least 5 times a day

Midway, TN, and no message.

Keep getting calls from this number.....no identification, no message, always at dinner time.....who is this and why are they calling.....I sometimes get calls for a Home depot for someone else......I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST....QUIT CALLING......

Calls from this number or this exchange several times per day. Sometimes they ask for someone and sometimes they say nothing. I've asked them not to call anymore cause this is a company issued cellphone but they keep calling.

they call me every day around 10 o clock and sometimes it says a different number but its the same person

this # calls me at least once a day, even on sunday. caller ID info says CITI Card, leaves no message.  Hangs up when i answer.

They have been calling me once a week for about 8 months looking for the former owner of my cell number. No matter how many times I tell them that I do not know the person they are looking for, and that this is no longer their number, they persist in calling. I've asked to be removed from their automated call list, but clearly that hasn't happened. I just got another call this morning!

This is Citi calling on behalf of HomeDepot.  I do have an account with them which they offered me a very generous arrangement for repayment, so if it means that they are going to call anyway even though they have an automatic debit taking place monthly, I am going to have a heyday with them!

Home Depot makes sense.

This is the first time I've seen the number, it just called a minute ago and hung up. It's not even 9:30 yet on Saturday morning! I'm sick of all of these people who call at wierd times and never leave a message.

Received a call from them, but they left no message on the voice mail.  Caller ID stated Not Provided.  I don't have any accounts with Home Depot

This is a citibank phone call that handles Home Depot accounts

They keep calling daily, and leave no messages.  It is getting very annoying.  I don't answer phone calls from callers with unavailable or not provided on the caller ID.  If they were reputable, they would have more identifiable information on the caller ID.

you guys need to report these people to the federal fair trade commission site online. It is easy to do just go to their website. These people that are calling is citibank and they need to be reported so all this will stop.

This number keeps calling me!  I've received mulitple calls the past 4 days, and I keep telling them to stop calling me.  It's the worst when I'm still asleep and it wakes me up!  I'm really sick of it.  When I answer, they just ask if I'm Cynthia Hewit.  I told them they have the wrong number and to quit calling.  And still they persist...

This is for home depot credit card services through Citi Bank.  I have a card through them and there was actually a problem with my acct and we got it fixed.  I have worked collections in the past and they will stop calling if the problem gets fixed (usually its a payment that has not been paid).  If you get repeated calls for someone that has previously had your number, document the name of the person who you talked to(some companies will give an agent id or an alias to use)and the date, if you talk to someone more than twice ask to speak with a supervisor.  This will usually take care of it.  All calls are documented and recorded so they can see if someone isn't doing there job (which means removing a bad contact number and "skipping" the acct to try and find a better one

Someone has been calling me from this number everyday sometimes multiple times per day since Christmas Eve. All it gives is the number. I do not answer numbers I do not know that arent in my area code. IMHO if it IS citibank for home depot they should be curteous and professional enough to leave a message for me to call back instead of hanging up just after a couple of rings. That is the ONLY way I will respond to this number when it calls me. just my .02

This has been happening to us for several weeks now.  We have an account with Home Depot but it has not been behind.  Today, NEW YEARS DAY, they called again.  We will not answer to that phone # or area code.

Called my house phone then cell phone & back again @ 8:25 am. 1/12/09.
