This is NOT a legit number!!  Do NOT give any info to this person!!  Home Depot credit is out of Texas, not Tennessee.  This is a complete SCAM!!!  Beware!!!

This is so funny... Okay , The home depot card is financed by citibank.. Citibank is an international LARGE corporation. There are call centers all over the world.  Home Depot account calls can come from  Gray(kingsport , johnson city, midway) Tennessee...Layton, Ohio..... Irving (dallas) Texas.... or Jacksonville, Fl.....all these call centers handle your home depot account . If you do not have a home depot acct , just call the # back , tell them that you do not have a home depot account and give them the # they are calling you on & they will promptly remove the number for you... I promise they don't want to waste their time  calling the wrong number continuously. Their system updates at midnight that night and you will never get another call. I used to work at the one in Tennessee and my paycheck from Citiback were not a scam and neither is this number!! By the way , calling and screaming, being a smartass, not answering your phone....just make the problem worse. pick up your phone call the # and just take 2 minutes out of your time & solve the problem yourself. it takes more time to complain on this website than it does to FIX IT!!!! They have been calling me and I never had a Home Depot account. I have told them on several occasions that I am no who they are calling for but they still keep calling.

What can we do to stop them.  It is not right.  They keep calling me (several times a day and Sat) and I hope some officials will pick them up and send them to jail.

I called the toll free # and got a young woman
who told me the info would be updated after
midnight, until then ignor the call.  When the
voice asks for your account #, press 0#.
Call the DoNotCall# for cellphones to stop
other calls.  Good luck.

Getting repeated calls on company cell phone including 423-467-6999, will not take us off their calling list~

Today is June 1st, My Home Depot Account is not even due until June 4th and I have received 24 calls in the last 3 days. I did not know who was calling until i looked the number up on the web. This is totally ridiculous and needs to stop. It starts at 8 am and ends at 9 pm even Saturday and Sunday. I do not answer and have ignored the calls but it is annoying. The writer that stated go to The National Do Not Call registry and block your number.....IT DOES NOT WORK. They still call.
I am not making a call to anyone when my payment is not even due and this crap starts.

keep getting calls from 423-477-6983.  they start at 8 something in the mornign and keep on calling thru out the day.  when i answer they hang up!  what the heck.  if it is homedepot citibank how am i supposed to know what they want!!  its ridiculous.  leave a message or stop hanging up on me!

Got a call today from this number.

This number call my new cell phone non stop.  Found this and called them and they say it will be removed with-in 24 hours.  Home Depot/Citibank.  Very polite and professional when I called.

i am getting calls on my cell daily starting at 5:15am...and lasting thoughout the day...i just got a cell phone 3 months ago...only took about 3 weeks before the calls started! approx. 12 calls a day! i finally called my cell's customer care dept., who told me they couldn't block the # due to the model of my phone, which doesn't have that feature -or- i could change my #, which i don't want to do, either...so, i feel helpless at this point!! should i just be pro-active and answer the darn call next time they call, and just tell them to stop calling?? would the calls stop??

Called at 8:10PM my time, which is illegal. Filing a complaint with the BBB.

They call every day, four or five times a day. If you answer, they ask for your name, but won't tell you who they are before you verify that you are who they are calling for. If you refuse to answer their questions until they tell you who they are, they ignore you asking them who they are and repeat themselves. If you ignore their call, they hang up when they get your voicemail or leave a voicemail that says: "hello. hello. hello?" and then hang up. They even started calling other members of my family that I don't even live with and they do the same thing to them. They ignored my family's requests to never be called again at that number. The number they called that was my family members was never even on my account. So obviously they are going through the phonebook of something. I'm assuming all of this because I was literally a couple days late on a f-ing payment.... I am guessing, because I STILL don't know who this was harassing me.

It's Home Depot. They called me the day after Christmas at 8:04 am because my payment was one day late. I forgot to post it. Do they need my $20 that bad? Do they think calling people will make a difference? Also, creditors call to tell you that you didn't pay. Do we not know that? Do they think their call will make you pay if you can't? No, it won't. They call on Sunday morning during church time also. Get a life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a home depot account but am current, they call my cell phone every 3 to 4 hours and when I pick up there is no one there . very annoying it needs to stop.
