Its a scam about a payday loan. They tell u that u owe money and they are issuing a warrant for your arrest the following day if u don't pay in full or pay half.

It's a scam. They threaten to have a warrant served for your arrest or else pay them for a debt that you don't know anything about. The judicial system does not work like that. They even claim to be calling from the local court and even use the name of a person who is employed by the court. This is pure fraud.

Got a call from these People saying they were going to revoke.my Drivers License and issue a Warrant,asked to speak to the Person "Monica" was speaking to and then she hung up

This number leads to a collection agency doing the payday loan scam.  They leave a phone message claiming to be from the local county clerk's office, saying that you'll be arrested.  In reality, even if the debt was legit, you cannot be arrested for that.  (See the FCC's page on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act for more.)

Their mailing address is, with the caveat that mail tends to come back "addressee unknown".
