I just got called. I tried reverse lookup, but don't want to pay the fee. Thank God for caller ID!

I called the number and got a recording saying they are some sort of opinion poll place, that they are not trying to sell anything, that it is a survey of some type so they hope next time we answer the call when they call again. No way to get off their calling list, alas.  If you google, the number and address is for SENTRY INSURANCE COMPANY, so they are probably doing market research about how much you pay for insurance, etc - to find out if they can sell to you.

I received a call from 423-648-4908.  I asked how they obtained my cell phone number.  They stated they obtained from a phone bank?  They stated they were conducting a survey for radio stations on which I listened to and my age.  The gentleman I spoke with said they were call Wilkens Research.

The call several times a week for the last three weeks or so, but never leave a message.  I don't answer numbers that I don't know.

Received calls from this number-said they were from the national gallop poll.
I said 'no thank you, take me off your list' and hung up.  Then they called back and hung up when I answered.  I guess they were pissed I wouldn't participate.  Woman who called identified herself as Teri.  Hey Teri, if you're reading this get a real job instead of bothering hard working people trying to spend quality time with their family after 8pm

1-423-648-4908 Shows up as Tennesse on my caller ID.I don't know any one in Tennesse.So I didnt answer.They called 735pm and 8:05 pm, annoying.

They have called almost 5 times in past 10 days, and hang up if they hear our voice, never leave a messege.Very irritating and annoying. Call at all odd hours, even 9 pm at night. Going to ignore this number in future.

A newly-minted phone # from an apparently less-than-ethical Chattanooga, TN "market research firm", Wilkins Research Services Inc.  Program their # to be blocked, if you don't want to deal with the nuisance calls - their site boasts of "a state-of-the art calling facility and 60 call stations"!! (Alexander Graham Bell never had in mind this kind of abuse of his cool new invention!)

Prior to reporting them, note all details of the calls that you can: #/day/time/frequency/content of message or conversation.  Establishing a pattern will help to build a strong case to the Attorney General to take action against them.

if we agree on a specific day and time to visit their website and / or send an email, and we get everyone we know to do the same, we could potentially crash their site. then what would they do?

I reported this company to do not call.gov- I don't care if
they were selling or not- they're really annoying.
Everyone who gets this call should file a complaint!

They called to do research on radio listening habits. Survey took about 30 seconds.

This phone number keeps coming up on my caller ID....I have signed on with our state attorney generals office to stop these kind of harrassing calls....PLEASE STOP CALLING.

I got a call from them too...they stated they were from Equifax Canada and that my credit rating improved and I was entitled to some credit.

Hey, I actually work for Wilkins Research.  We are a research firm.  We sit at a computer and surveys pop up.  We are hired by different organizations (insirance, radio stations, city government, etc...)  Our computer dials the numbers that the company puts into our system.  Whether it's a cell phone, fax machine, whatever it is.  We have no control over who it calls.  HOWEVER if you don't want us to call you-when you receive a phone call, just please politely let us know.  
The no call list does not pertain to us since we do not sell anything.  All we do is ask you the questions and type your answers into the computer.

I have asked nicely for them not to call back and they hung up on me.  Any suggestions??

I shouldn't even have to ask nicely to not be constantly be harassed. I should be able to tell you to eff off by the 7th call of the week at 9 pm, and you should do your job and remove me from your list of people to [***]. YOU are bugging ME, I don't owe you anything.

We have been getting calls from 4236484908.  Caller ID says CKC DIALYSIS.  Who the heck are they and what do they want from us?  I never answer when they call.

I keep getting this call daily and sometimes many times a day i would like to be removed from this calling list but have no idea how and when I answer its a recording
