These people are SCAM artists.  Say we are going to get sued for the payment of a debt that we don't have and can't even provide the name of the company we apparently owe, nor will they give their OWN company name (obviously because they aren't a real business).  This has happened intermittently for over a year now and they keep changing their numbers to avoid getting caught. Be aware and DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO. They will steal your identity AND your money.  Police said that they do this all the time to attempt to scam.

Received call from this number stating that I was going to be sued. After doing some research number is a cell number registered with T-Mobile. Called them back with that information guy proceeds to sware and call me an idiot. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION! BE CAREFUL WITH WHAT YOU DO ELECTRONICALLY OVER THE INTERNET!

Recieved a call from these people that said I was being sued. They knew everything about me. Did some research to validate the name of the law firm Mckinneys. Called back that numer, it is a cell number. Asked for an office number was given4242103000. Was given the physical address of 600 Union Ave San Francisco CA 94533. Searched that address does not exist. Called the individual back told them I was calling the police was replied by a F*** YOU! I reported this the police immediately. Hope this helps someone else

These people called my job saying that they were with a law office. Wouldnt give any more information. They have tried this scam with my mom as well. I refuse to even call them back. BE VERY CAREFUL with calls from this number. They can sound very convincing. They attempt to scare you into paying them money you dont owe. The guy told my supervisor his name was Michael Davis and he sounds like he is in a call center in India.

They called back again yesterday afternoon and this time it was Raymond Frances.

I just called the phone number back and got a answering machine with a number that was not the number I called. I left the message stating that anymore calls placed to my place of business were going to be recorded and reported to the police. I also told them that this number has been associated with scams to steal money and that harassment will not be tolerated. Lets see how many times they call today.

I just received a phone call to my job, the person had a very strong accent, and he also had my checking account number and bank routing number. He said something about cash advance loans, but I have never had or used this particular bank for anything other than my mortgage. He left this phone number 424-210-3580 and said he is from the law group of McKinney. I immediately called my bank and set up an alert for any withdrawals or deposits...whereas every transaction-deposits or withdrawals need a confirmation from me and if I am not available the transaction will not be processed. This is very scary.  

The caller said that there are federal legal charges pending against me for fraud by check, theft by deception and something else that I cannot remember. Again, this has me very worried.

I recieved two calls from this number, once today and once a few weeks ago. They have my social security number and are claiming to be from the Delvaney Law Offices now. They are going by Mr Davis playing receptionist and Mark Hamilton playing Head Lawyer. He said that they had a lawsuit against me but refused to give me any information about who was suing me or why, and when I told them that I did not believe they were who they were claiming to be, Mr Hamilton freaked out and hung up on me. When I called back later, they still refused to give me any information. Both men had extremely thick, possibly Indian accents. If these men are found, please contact me at bluestone.78@hotmail.com. I received numerous phone calls from this number on my personal phone and at my job.  Caller identified himself as James Brown. He has a very heavy accent and left threats saying that I was going to be sued and I needed to call back immediately.  He also called my work and said that he would continue calling daily - a thousand times if necessary - until he resolved this issue.  I have no idea who these people are but its scary that the phone calls are threatening and harassing.  When I called them back, I told them I researched them online and was reporting them to the police.  Hopefully this will take care of it and someone will catch these people before they cause harm.

These people have been harassing me at home and my job. They are trying to get me to send them money from a Green Dot money card and I have not done any business with them. They are about to cost me my job because they call continuously saying it's an emergency and my supervisor is fed up. They also tapped into my job's phone line and called me from my job's number. Somebody needs to arrest them for harassment and fraud!!

they called me today Jan 13 2014  and left a message that I am under several criminal investigation and I need to call them back immediately. the accent is Indian. phone number to call back was 424 210 3580 and the caller ID showed unassigned 1 347 342 1797. please report these to police, they are harassing us.

We just got phone call from someone with number #424-210-3580 act like he is a federal agent officer and said we owe $25.000- and will send police officer to arresting my husband.  So the best way is call local police station and tell this situation. They are scam artist .. so beware

This scam artist called our practice and addressed the doctor as Mr. with his first name only. He didn't even have all the correct info. He wasted my time ranting and raving telling me he was "Shawn Marshal" from the Federal Investigation Department in Sacramento, CA. Would not provide any info to me and when I told him the doctor was away, he begged for his cell #. When I asked if his number was his office number, he said yes. While I was on the phone, I quickly googled his phone number and saw all these complaints. When I told him this was his cell, he hung up. I called back and said, "Google your number", A**hole. It's sad that losers have to resort to scams to attempt to make money.

Same message left for my house today-- Woman with indian accent threatening to arrest a family member for supposed crimes. This is outrageous, disrespectful, and a violation.

I received a call from this number sayin I have three legal charges against me I never killed anyone or did any illegal transaction im just a law abiding person. this must be some kind of scam. be aware.
