I keep receiving threatening phone calls from this number saying that I owe a prior debt that they are trying to collect.  I have no idea what they are referring to and they won't give me their address or provide me with any information on the the debt they are trying to collect.  They have called my work, contacted the HR office, called me at home - but they won't give me any information when I call back.  I have not received anything in the mail that I am aware of.

I first got a call from a blocked number claiming they were going to serve me with legal papers and if I would be at home the next day between 10am & 1pm so they could have them delivered. When I asked what it was for they would only give me a case number and told me to call (424) 246-6103. I called the number and some woman answered. I gave her my info and after a brief hold she got back on and immediately started blasting me about a 12 year old Citi Bank bill that was never paid. She wouldn't answer my questions and just kept cutting me off so she could threaten me with laws and lawsuits. I tried to tell her I've never had a citi bank account and that just brought on more extremely rude comments and threats. I just hung up l, I think she was more interested in hearing herself talk then she was collecting money. This can't be a legitimate business.

I received a call from 424-246-6103, the lady's name is Samantha Stevens(at least that is what she told me)she called and harassed me and my parents.  She claims that my father owes $3,000 on a Citi Bank credit card back from 1994.  But when I called she told me my father owed $1035.00. She went off like a crazy lady and never let me or my father talk.  She threaten me and my father with legal papers and that they were going to serve my father with court orders at his job.  She then said "You people just need to stop" and the reason why "Samantha Stevens" said this was because I called back twice to get the name of the company and she rudely hung up on me!! I finally had a friend call to get the name of the company.

I also received the same spam message. Could you provide the name of the business? I am going to report them to my states attorney generals office.

I received the same call as everyone else from a lady threatening to serve me paperwork. She said "I suggest you call us back because the FTA and State of California requires"...or something like that. What does that even mean?! Also, she was talking so fast during the whole message almost like she was trying to be unclear so that I couldn't hold any information against her. She said "I am calling on behalf of Ross (mumble mumble) and associates"...couldn't even understand her. I will not be calling back, forget about it! This is over 10 year old debt. Statute of limitations in my state maxes out at 7 years and I'm certain that it is ILLEGAL for debt collectors to bother me at this point. Not cool. Not cool at all.

I got a call saying that I owed an outrageous.  If I didn't pay it that I would be served.  Anyone ever be served?

P&C Capitol and also Ross &Associates, from what I've read. I was called too and threatened...to the point of me being in tears. She wouldn't tell me her address or phone number and immediately started being rude. She refused to send proof of any debt though.  Sounds like they are trolling credit reports for extremely old debts (if the debt is even real) and making threats because they work on commission. How can they call your place if employment though?!

i have the same problem but i paid the debt over the phone but thinking about disputing the charge if its a scame

This number 424 246 6103 has been calling me non stop.  They also call from other numbers.  They claim its a summons on a complaint.  They were letting me know they were gonna serve papers fri between 10 -2,  they never did.  I have multiple voice mails from them leaving different call back numbers, different company names also.  some of the messages are not clearly audible in places.  The person leaving the message was having a hard time with the english language.  The most recent message they claimed to have verified my employment, and had a list of my current assets.  funny cause i don't work nor do i have anything in my name that is an asset.  The messages are becoming increasingly more hostile in tone and longer in length.  I have researched the names and numbers they leave and nothing is legit.  Be ware.

This number 424-246-6103 has been calling me non stop.  They also call from other numbers 626-537-2301 & 714-599-6708.   They were letting me know they are gonna serve me papers Monday between 10 -2,  they never did. Got another call today, saying they would be here today (Wednesday) between 10- and 2. What the heck?  They all said if I don't call them back, they will put out a FTA on me. They are a major pain. The Company they are saying they are from is Stark Galler & Associates. Names that call me, Shelly (no last name), Shannon Edwards and Miss Miller.

These creeps called my kids, siblings, and several people at work!

They said I owed money from 2006 for a company I never heard of. I told them that I have no idea who the debt is from and to stop calling (which, by law, they must honor). I asked for their address and they started yelling that they don’t have to give it and started calling me names! I hung up.

Also calling from 657-215-8889.

   I am receiving calls from Ackerman Byrnes & Associates as well as from Stark. Said I would be served tomorrow 11-21-2014 between 9:00am-3:00p . Said I need to show valid ID and sign for it. I have blocked the call numbers but they can still leave voice mails. Averaging 5 to 10 calls a day. So irritating.

The same person called me as well. It came in as blocked so I didn't answer. The voicemail was Diane Miller from Ackerman Byrne & Associates, she gave the same phone number. She stated that there was an "issue that will be escalated" today due to my lack of response and/or contact. And that if i didn't call back i would be served papers soon.

I work for the County Sheriff and asked a Civil Deputy if companies call ahead before serving papers, he said NEVER.

No doubt this is a scam or debt collector trying to collect some very old debts.

You got hit by "Semantha Stevens" or whatever she's calling herself now.   I've locked horns with her before.  Represents something called P & C Capital.  Yeah she likes to get angry at callers.  I give her back about the same she tries to give me.  I live not too far away from her office and told her so.  That shut her up fast.

Fax:  626-280-8882 (or whatever it's calling itself now).   They usually call from 626 area code numbers.  Ignore the calls and block them.   They change business names a lot too.
