SCAM ALERT Sent me a check for wrapping my car, then followed up with text message. DON'T cash those checks!

I just received a check to wrap my car. You say it’s s scam?

This number was used in connection with a Budweiser car wrap advertisement scam. They mailed me a money order, too. Budweiser website says it is a scam. Do not not deposit check.

Got one check too. Then email saying to cash check keep $500 and give the rest to installer. The minute I saw that the gig is up. Similar thing happened with stolen travelers checks a few years back. To a friend of mine. If a installer shows up they going get surprise.

Yes it was, the best part the installer going come from California to Hawaii to get $1350.00 from me. Lol come I am waiting for the installer my pet sharks are hungry.

Received a check for $2850 supposedly for 5 Hour Energy to advertise on my car. This was after signing up for information on Craig’s List. We took it to our bank and they said it looks like a fraudulent check. They are sending it to their fraud department. Next day a Mark Wood (texted) to ask if I received their payment.

Same scam about a car wrap will be giving the check to the police.
