They've called many times - finally they leave a message and are very rude!  Speak nicely to me, I'm nice to you.

left a vague message and an unrecognizable contact persons name... very strange

425-257-9500 is SCI, a very unethical collections company. I have spoken to two of their supervisors, explained that I am not the party they are looking for, and asked to be removed from their list on two occassions. Today they called for the third time.

I got this call on my cell phone 3 times in a row yesterday.  Soon after I listened to his (extremely rude msg) My father called saying that they had called HIS cell phone looking for me, telling him that it would be EXTREMELY beneficial for me to call him back.  Not even 5 minutes after that, a co-worker of mine called to let me know they had called the office trying to get ahold of me, leaving the same msg.  Why are these people calling my friends and family, and how in the hell did they get the numbers???

If its a collector you have the right to tell them to stop calling your #, your father's and your office or you will report them for improper practices. The collector can lose their license if they do not follow the Act. Refer to federal bureau of consumer protection in the USA or in Canada its Business Practices and Consumer Protection. I just got a text message on my cell phone from this number, which costs me money to open. Thanks a bunch.

My husband and I keep getting calls at my home number from this company. The person on the other end of the line is very rude and even threatened to send the "Rangers" to our home. She leaves rude messages and calls my husband at work and leaves messages even though he told her he couldnt get calls at work or risk losing his job. She says she is going to turn our "file" over to her superiors and then it will be out of her hands. She says we think we are in control of this situation but in fact she is the one with all the control.
Apparently this TWIT thinks I'm as stupid as she is. I have every message recorded. This company has many numbers...beware.

I also get calls from this number several times a week.  At first, they left messages as if they were a "friend."  Little do they know that I have no friends and do not give this number out to anyone. What really ticked me off is that a female from the number contacted my parents and left a message with my mother that I used to work with her in her office and she needed to get in touch with me.  Of course, the name she left was not familiar to me and I know I never worked with this person.  Since it's obvious that the collectors read these forums, let me inform you of my situation.  I was forced to resign from a good job when I became ill and had to apply for disability.  I had worked hard for 20+ years and had a good credit rating before I became ill.  My only income now is a small disability check, which barely covers my utilities and a little food.  My attorney advised me that I do not have to talk to anyone calling about any outstanding debt and if I receive anything re. going to court, etc., to contact her and she will assist me with the matter.  I just want to remind these collectors that not every person is a lazy deadbeat trying to ripoff the system.  Sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control.  I never imagined that I would be unable to work at this time in my life. I had worked full-time while obtaining a college degree and thought I was going to have a successful career.  My illness has robbed me of everything.  Now I not only suffer from my illness, but also from severe depression and hopelessness due to my inability to provide for myself and my family.

Always save these messages!  And any letters you receive from them also.  You can sue them and get $1000 paid to you for violating the fair debt collection practice, even if you really do owe money to the creditor they're representing! The moment a lawsuit is filed, they can no longer contact you.  Plus, any attorney who would sue them would do it for no upfront cost to you because they know these are slam dunk cases and that they'll get their money from the lawsuit as well.

keep getting this call from SBC leaves no mesage. i wish the phone company would get after them and demolish them! i dont call back nor pick up the phone.

this number keeps calling for someone named "Karen Schoenberger" and it's been three years now since we got this number....we don't know the person.  I hope she sees her name here broadcasted that this company is letting everyone know that she has a debt she hasn't paid....hope she can sue for defammation...I will help her!!!!

My ex husband already talked to them. They mailed a letter to his home but keep calling my home. This nitwit claims we owe money to US Bank which is NOT true. My ex refinanced his house with US Bank & he called them to ask about it (even though obviously they arent going to lend him money if he owes them a delinquent amount!). They have no record of it. Yet today she calls here AGAIN and doesnt even bother with first names  but YELLS into my answering machine "J****!!! (my former last name). This needs to be resolved TODAY or I will be forced to make a descision by the 15th!"  How funny because last time she called here (last month) she said the same thing except it was "the 12th".  What decision? That you aren't calling  here anymore on a bogus dept? Oh cool!

I received three phone calls from this number today. They keep calling my cell phone even though I already register my cell phone numbert to the don't call website.

they are a collection agency. leaves message to call them back, then asks for the number you are calling from and who you are. Never say they are a collection agcy. Just verifying all your info before saying thaey want payment. Call them back and they have a record that you are contacting them.

After receiving many calls on my unlisted cell from the number and no messages I did a web search, which reveals it is a telemarketer and/or debt collection agency. They finally called me tonight (I had a bad day and was reday to take it out on a telemarketer). Hung up on me the first time, asked for someone (who isn't me) the second. I promptly told them they had the wrong number, he insisted it was the right number for some guy's martial arts class and it was listed in the white pages. Told him again it was not correct, he then asked me if I taught martial arts. Told him no, he then hung up.
