probable spam or scam

No message when sent to voicemail

I dont not recognize the number, but this number has called w/o leaving a voicemail. I assume this is a telemarketer or scam. I have been getting more calls from telemarketers on my cell phone, which is I pay for!

Asset Realty is a bunch of scumbag agents who have a service call on expired listings, which is actually illegal as the owner phone numbers in the listing are privileged information.

Yep same call from Asset reality just after listing expired. Also on do not call list.

Our listing expired two days ago, Anthony from Asset Reality called left a voice mail on my cell, but I was able to place a call reject on his number for future calls. This is the second real estate agent who has called me to let me know that they are the best and would love to re-list my home.  The other was Keller-Williams.... I classify all of them spam callers and wouldn't list with them due to their improper usage of my MLS listing.

They have called me several times and don't leave messages.  Am I going to return the call?  I don't think so!

I am a realtor, my seller is a friend  and under contract currently and that number keeps calling her, same guy, and harassing her. He has called her 4 times: 8/14, 8/16, 8/22, 8/28. She is so angry. You are not supposed to go after other peoples clients (active clients like current listings, which my client is) and she told him she has an agent, has known me 12 years, is happy, and has a sale that is pending and closing soon. He still called her again! She is so upset. She doesn't remember his name though.

Nice talking with you this morning.  I’m writing to let you know that the annoying “no response, no one there” calls I received prior to your call came from someone my caller ID revealed as “Chad Storey, 425-274-9172”.  I entered that information in a Google search, and came up with a plethora of complaints about similar calls from the same name and number.  Also included were comments about “scammers, telemarketers, realty boiler rooms, Asset Realty, etc. “  If you have any contact with this person or his supervisor, please advise them the repeated calls, eight within 10 minutes, with no one on the line when we answered, and no message left on voice mail, just a hangup, do absolutely nothing to foster a working business relationship.  I can only assume he might be using an automatic dialing machine, which cannot deal with a real response.  Bad, bad PR for your industry.  Please help us put a squelch on this type of extremely irritating behavior.

Unwanted call from Asset Realty.  I recommend filing a FCC complaint (www.fcc.gov) as they are obviously not adhering to the laws that govern telemarketing.

Asset reality called me about buying a home and when I said I was not interested they started pitching me investment options.  They are pretty pushing and try to be slick but they are not fooling anyone.  They mentioned some deals that were far to good to be true.  Don't bother.  Nothing good will come from it.
