Wow - I was offered an exclusive offer for a vacation in Cancun - repeatedly!

This Renton, Washington number called our house in Vancouver, British Columbia in the middle of the afternoon. I picked up the phone but didn't say anything, because those computerized dialing machines are voice triggered. Nobody was there.

Vancouver, BC.  Called at 10:44am but no message left.

Langley,B.C called at 5:43, did not leave a message.

I had a recorded message (which is ILLEGAL btw! if you get ANY recorded messages, the FTC wants you to report them - whether telemarketing OR collection, or otherwise - the gov't made it illegal to call people this way a year and a half go) telling me I had a wonderful oppurtunity to lower my interest rates, press 1 to continue press 2 to leave a message

When I get these calls, I just let the phone hang, because it screws up their call base - I know from others who get these calls that #2 is always full and will hang up on you anyways.  Report this to the FCC as well.

Just wanted to say thanks for the other posts. You solved this number mystery for me.

Got a missed call on my cell from this 425-291-8404.  I googled this # and found alot of reports about this #.    I have no idea who it was that called and they did not leave a message.

Call just now, 4:32 pm CST. No message. Awesome.

Automated message that I wasn't behind on my credit account but they wanted to give me  a wonderful opportunity for me to lower my interest rate to 6.9%.

My call was from Rachel at card services (did not say which card) on March 5 at 1:37pm.  There were no problems with my card.  Calling to give me the opportunity to lower my interest rate to 6.9%.  Press 1 to talk with someone, press 2 to be removed from their call list.  I did neither.  Then, at 5:12pm same day, from 360.722.5911, I received a call from Rachel at card services, etc., etc.  Guess I need to search that number on Google next.

Got a call from 425-291-8404...Did not leave a message.  So I called the number back and removed my name from their DO NOT CALL List.  When I called back the number it never would say who it was that I called.

Robo-call from 'Rachel at card services' with an exciting offer to lower my interest rates.   Have gotten the same call from other numbers, when I got to a real person he hung up on me when I asked what company he was working for.   I hate them.

Who are these people and why are they calling me?

Offered me lower credit card interest rates. The problem is, I don't have a credit card. I only use my debit. I tried to talk to someone who worked there, but I soon as I said that I didn't have a credit card, they hung up on me. I blocked this number shortly after.
