I received a call from this number while I was at work.  The recording said they were from Card Services and wanted to lower my interest rate on my credit cards.  They asked me to press 1 to speak to a live operator.  I did so that I could tell them to not call me and that I'm on the National Do Not Call registry and it just hung up on me.  I do not appreciate these calls and I know people that receive 5 or more a day.

Rcv'd same call, also on DNC list. Best not to answer, just block the number. You can also notify your phone carrier.

Any idea how to block on a Verizon phone? THANKS!

Hehe..  I've been asking to be removed from this company's list for a while and I keep getting the calls at least weekly.  Today I kept the guy on the line for 15 minutes asking him questions and giving him fake numbers for my cards..  When we couldn't go any further, I explained I would continue to waste their time anytime I was called.  It's the first time I was promised I would be removed, rather than being hung up on.  Though, now I'm likely going to get the calls even more frequently.  Either way, if they're going to waste my time, I'm going to start wasting as much of theirs as possible..

I just got a call from 425-320-5467, some Credit Card Services company.

I got a message this morning on my UNLISTED home number from this same number, also offering to lower my interest rate - said was from Accounts Receivable - said nothing wrong with my account but could maybe lower my interest rate to something like 6% and if I hit 1 I could continue or 2 and I would not get any further calls.  This is all on my answering machine voice mail so obviously there was no punching 1 or 2.  It never identified which credit card company it was calling from.  I'm getting a wealth of crank calls here lately, even though we have been on the DO NOT CALL list for years and only recently renewed all of the numbers because of calls.  Have also gotten phishing emails which I turned over to the credit card company, who verified it was bogus.  I am not calling them back!

Received a call from 425 320-5467. No one on the line when I picked up. Glad to see this information. I try to search whoever is unknown and calling me out of the blue.  Now I know the calls originate in the State of Washington by some so called credit card company.  Thanks for the input!

Log onto vzw.com, click on My Verizon, scroll to the bottom and click on block calls and messages, and you can add their number for free.  Verizon allows up to five free blocks and it blocks he number for three months.

Got a call from this number today on Sprint cell phone.

Best idea for these is just keep them on the phone as long as possible.
Pretty soon it won't be worth their time to keep trying to steal credit numbers.

Calls from this number are apparently a scam, to get your credit card number & other info.

Got this call as a beep on call waiting while talk'n to my sis in TX.Nah I didn't take it either.Looked it up via Google,and found it to be a CC telemarketer outta Everett WA here on whocallsme.com I too am on the DNC registry and after this comment will be headed to the FTC website to lodge the call complaint.Lets play chicken you SOB's outta Everett...bet my F250 with an FTC snowplow takes you out!IF I wanted your FN card or rate I woodda have called you.
