Just received a call with a recording purporting to be on behalf of the DMV or something like that. She said I was overpaying and could press 1 to learn how I could save money. I did not press 1.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone; sisnce I didn't recognize the number I did not answer the call; no voice message was left - probably a SPAM call.

Received a call from this number this morning. Robocall stating I was losing money on my car insurance. Total BS.

I got a call from this number wanting to save me money...   The call originated from Renton, WA.

This number just called me 425-336-2805.  I didnt answer and from the posts here it looks like I was right to ignore it. This telemarketer is busy today...

Received call from this number. Called it back and it said it was an auto insurance company calling to save money. I just renewed my tabs online, so I don't know if it is related to the person who said it was DMV.

Spam call selling auto insurance

Called my cell about how I was overpaying car insurance. I pressed 1 and told the sales person that she had called my cell and to remove my number.  She said it would be removed and hung up.  Never got the company name.

I received a call yesterday (on my cell) and a recorded message said that according to the DMV I was over paying for my auto insurance.  For more information, press 1.  I did not because I didn't know how the DMV would know who I had my auto insurance with nor would they know how much I was paying to begin with - too funny.  I do not, however, appreciate these types of calls on my cell.  I even have that number registered on the National Do Not Call list so I have no idea where they got it.  I might have to register a complaint if I can find out who they are.
