This moron left a [generic] sticker on my door stating a summons was trying to be served on a certain someone (incorrect name spelling on the sticker ta'boot) and that this person needed to call the number (without company name or contact person) on the sticker at once!

No one in my state has to "make themselves available to be served a summons" but the idiot came back several times fiunding the sticker untouched and unmoved but the last time this MAGGOT knocked on my neighbors door. My neighbor has agreed to call the cops on him next time for trespassing since my neighbor is not part of any lawsuit, legal action and neither am I, witness or otherwise...these type scumbags can only find a way to make a living of someone else's misfortune... P.O.S. maggots, every last one of them, nothing more...

Ya someone ditched one of those stickers on my door at 10 am on a Saturday. I don't answer my door for anyone. Anyone coming over, I'm expecting. Figured it was some sort of scum bag or Jehovah's witness.

Dogs growled at the door, and weren't happy about this guy.

I don't owe anyone anything, and it's not my name on the sticker. So tough cookies on them.

Guy drives a black ( or old gray) Honda accord.(late 90's) Mid aged male. Wearing hat.

Comes back again and trespasses he's going to meet my dogs.

What's the deal with these idiots leaving stuff on your door on a Saturday?

I came home to my apartment today to find this stupid sticker telling me I'm being summoned and to call this number. First of the name on the sticker was scratched out and my name and apt number was put on there. The sticker was placed there some time between 4:30 pm-8:00 on a Saturday! I called the number and it sent me to a voice mail. I just hung up. What is this who are these people? Also there were some religious fliers on the mailbox...could it be like a scam to get you to go to church??? I would punch these people if they came while I was at home.

Annoying.

These people are up to no good.  I don't know what their deal is.... just ignored them for now...........

This black guy has knocked on my door 3 times in two days with wrinkly papers. My husband tells him Im not home but he will gladly sign for my papers. The guy tells him no, hands him a sticker with my name spelt incorrectly "WE HAVE ATTEMPTED DELIVERY OF A SUMMONS. IT IS IMPORTANT YOU CALL (4235) 343-7525                , IMMEDIATELY"

No company or person to call just a number. He said he worked for OKEA (spelling?). The next time he comes I will call the cops.

So this [***] came over to my ex-wifes house today and started trying to intimidate my 17 year old brother in law. Apparently he was looking for me to serve me some papers. So this big black guy gives him a sticker that said " WE HAVE ATTEMPTED DELIVERY OF A SUMMONS. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CALL (425) 343 7525       ,IMMEDIATELY"  So I called him about 6pm and a man answers "Hello?" like it's his personal phone or something. Right away I knew something wasn't right so I just said I had called the wrong number. And this guy starts jumping on my [***] asking me if I got one of his stickers for a summons! I told him no and he just blew me off and hung up. I'm thinking this is some form of debt collection attempt to try and get people to call them. They have many different tactics like saying they will shut off your phone, power, garnish your wages, or file criminal charges on you. Many times these people act like they are from an attorneys office. Unfortunately for this guy im a little tired of [***] like this. My phone rings off the hook constantly after I fell into a deep hole with my finances. So I'm going to put a Ad on cragislist with this guys number in the personal section for some freaky sex. I just don't care anymore and he can just kiss my ass.

If they are attempting to collect a debt, it is illegal for them to come onto your property.  every state hase legal recourse for debt collection, the website above list these people as a debt collection company. If they set foot on your property press charges for trespassing,verbal assault, physical assault if you can prove it and show them your security team : Smith & Wesson.

Further investigation shows that this black guy has a warrant of his own and is wanted for questioning in relation to several home invasion robberies. The number 425-343-7525 is also registered to t-mobile and is in collections at this time for non payment, this man is a scam, if you see him call 911, get as much description as possible, car, make model license number, height weight, race, any identifying marks, tell 911 he is attempting to come into your home and try and keep him occupied there if you have a way to. Lets get this scum off the streets.

Send out the dogs on site and call 911 he is a scam and has a warrant. phone is registered to t-mobile and is in collections. see post below

Just as stated before, this black guy in a black Kia Optima lic# 671-VER has come to our house, twice now.  Leaves a sticky note "WE HAVE ATTEMPTED DELIVERY OF A SUMMONS, IT IS IMPORTANT YOU CALL 425-343-7525 IMMEDIATELY".  We are behind in our mortgage, but are in the process of a loan mod, so not sure what he wants.....

This piece of garbage heard someone inside my home and POUNDED on the door for a long time and yelled in a menacing voice; scaring my adolescent child who was home alone and does NOT open the door to strangers. He finally left one of these notes stuck to the doorknob. This is one creepy man.

So my Sister came down to Everett from Canada last night to visit. I go to work this morning, she calls me in a panic, saying that there is some big black guy pounding on the door, and going around back to the balcony trying to see in. He freaked out my 6 yr old nephew & my sister and wouldn't leave. I called maintenance at the apt, they went over & saw a white chevy tahoe, black rims, V8 with tinted windows leaving. They thought the plate number was 782 WQZ, but when I talked to the police, that plate was for a vehicle that was totalled 3 years ago. If this happens to you, please call Everett Police. I also called ABC Legal Services, flipped out on them, told them I know my rights, and if he shows up again the police will arrest him for trespassing!!!!

We just got one of these tonight. Where has this been happening? We live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland--a pretty rural area. We were surprised to see this way out here. We are planning to call the cops and report the sticker and that we are feeling uncomfortable. Maybe they can keep an eye out. We will also speak to the neighbors.
