    Received a call from 425-406-9432 at 7:10 a.m. today.  It read FTL and went into messages, however, they hung up.  My husband was still sleeping.  Does anyone know about FTL?

    New variation on the Windows Tech Support scam, where they want you to download a remote access program (Ammyy.com or TeamViewer.com) so they can gain access to your computer for stealing your personal and financial information. This latest variation is the same type of scam, but they've added in a bonus. "You are due a 'refund' for maintenance problems on your computer." Social engineering, playing on a person's innate greed to receive money for nothing, to get you to open up your computer and financial information to them.
