This number calls me and says they have legal papers for unpaid payday loans and will be taking me to ocurt for 1) Violation of federal banking laws, 2) Collateral Check Fraud and 3)Check by deception.  They said the name of the company is David Harrison Legal Serivces which does not come up in web searches.  They said they will take me to court and notify my employer that they have to appear in court as well so I will lose my job.  Has anyone had experience with this?  I do not actually have calleer ID at work so I am posting this under the number they gave me as a contact number.

I keep getting these harrassing phone calls from someone foreign who claimes to be named Michael wright. This is bogus because I do not owe any payday loans. I am assuming that they got my information from a loan that I did have and paid. I am tired of being bothered by these idiots!!! They threatened to call my job and have me fired on my voicemail. Total frauds!

I also am getting these calls at all hours and at work all day. I barely can understand this man, I did get his name(s) 1,Michael Wright 2, Officer Tony Scott. He said that there was a law suite filed against me/ against my SS# I do not owe anything to any one and I don't know how they got the information they have. I also have called this person and he will not tell me anything about what is "owed" or "where" it is owed. This person told me to get a money order for $578.88,a copy of my SS# and My Drivers licence and send it to this BS address or I will be arressted if payment is not received by tomarrow.I am so sick of these people calling and harrassing me,I was going to block the # but it is not always the same #. How can we stop the calls? It's total BS...

He has called me 8 times today and I refuse to answer at work. But this time he told me that he is going to send an officer to get me and my supervisor. LOL, this is just nuts! So I will be calling back later to tell Mr. Michael wright that I am turning him into homeland security. They are not aloud to impersonate an attorney or a police officer. Even though I have no idea how to turn them in, I am still saying it. If they can threaten me, I might as well return the favor. I am so tired of this crap!

I am usually the person that answers the phone at my place of work for me and about 15 other employees. I have had two phone calls from this man for two different employees and he said the same thing each time he called; that they had lawsuits filed against them and if they don't call him back, they and their managers would be in trouble. He pressed me for information about one employee (phone number, address) and got very upset when I refused to give him the information. The two employees that he has called about do have a history of check advances and payday loans. I don't know how he is getting their names and work numbers. He's a sneaky character.

I have encountered these guys before. I called my local police department from the area of my work, they sent out an office and I filled out a report. I advised my supervisor so he was aware since this imposter was saying he was going to notify him anyway. I advised the caller that the police had been notified already and if he was who he says he was them come on and get me, even provided him my address and advised him I will be waiting from him!! " Office Scott". This is a total SCAM so please anyone reading this do not let them scare you into believing your being sued, or going to jail, or even that your job is in on the line. Call the Police and call it a day!

I receive calls from these people every week and have so for nearly a year....they use bogus names like Jimmy Cliff, Justin Floyd, Ray McKenzie they all say they are coming to take me into custody....I haven't even had a court case....no information regarding the issue....it was scary at first but now I ask them where they filed the case and tell them I will call my District Attorney.....they hang up but still call again....
