Here in the Netherlands. I got for a second time a call from a mobilenr . The number showed on my display was 1.425 905-3074. So it seems the call came from the USA

This number is calling almost every day. I don,t pick up the phone.
I live in the Netherlands. The number showed on my display was 001 425 905 3074 (Washington?)
Caller unknown and unwished. (phone spam)

The Hague, got this call too at 13.52. Is he/she looking for people not home so they can break into my house?

and he/she said something about the computer which is downloading a lot of spam and junk. ??

Here also from The Netherlands. Just ben calles by number 0014259053074. I only heared "goodbye" and they hung up on me.

I keep getting called from 001 425 9053074 again and again. It appears to be some spam trying to push virus software through telephone link or crime. They donot answer. May be they are calling from computer. Yesterday (November 3,2012), I got called 6 times. To day also I got calls from the same number. If you receive it, they say at the end "Good Bye".

Today we have been called by the same number more then 3 times.

I think, reading previous messages, that it is a way to fish for PC-info, passwords etc...

I think I have seen tis call before, typically it hung up before I could answer. Today upon the second try I picked it up. It was a guy with an Indian English accent. Who wantedto know if I were the owner of this phone number. 'Who wants to know" I answered.
He told me he has form the Central Computer Department (or something alike), and I laughed out loud. He seemed a little offended. He was "not a marketeer " he did not want to sell anything. They were just monitoring "all Windows computers".

He mumbled somethig that he was calling because of security messages coming from my computer ....
I wished him luck, but then he hung up :-)

What fun for me, what a job for him ....

The number called me today, 17112012 at 08:08 but I didn't answer it.

001-425-9053074 calles regularly, but no more tha once a day. Maybe three times per week. Calling Dutch KPN to complain and find out why they hae not cut the offender off.

I have gotten this message too on my Verizon cell phone.  I was told that you are able to Block calls and text messages.  Verizon will not charge you for the first 5 numbers that you block.  To use the feature you got the the Verizon website (verizonwireless.com) and  select Verizon Safeguard,  The will walk you through the rest once you are on the website.  I believe that other phone service providers offer the same service.  All I know is that if you don't know the person and you did not sign up for the offer I would not go to the site or call the number back.  Hope that this information helps though/

I get each day phone calls from this number. The guy says he is from windows support and help center and wants to help me repairing my computer from harmful infections they have registered.
Thia seems typically cybercrime to me.
He showes me a lot of errors in the windowslogbooks and claims this is real danger haha.
Too bad he keeps on calling however I told i'm not interested.
Anybody an idea how to get rid of this ?

Today also this call recieved. Lucky we where not at home. Hopefully they will not call again!
