Who is this anyway they called me but no answer

Calls me and no answer also.

this # is associated with a high # of spam calls according to whitepages.com

I got the call on my work and personal mobiles 10 min apart, didn't answer.  It is concerning because one would have to know who I am to know both numbers as the work one is not listed aside from my business cards and official emails. Hmmm. Because my work phone and number is purchased in huge lots it is unlikely that this was blind luck to hit both phones-different prefixes, etc.

This is the infamous "Rachel with Cardholder Services" -- a robo-dial scammer calling with a pre-recorded message using a spoofed number to try and steal your credit card information, by claiming they can lower your rates.  They are foreign, rude, SOB's who think they are can legally call anyone they want and not suffer consequences.  Don't bother to answer.  For grins, you can read about how they got busted once before by the FTC: http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2013/07/aplus.shtm

They got them once, so keep reporting the scum bags.  Maybe this time, the FTC won't go so lightly with them.  Keep in mind, they call from all sorts of made up numbers, so report every one you get.

Chris Miano and Dana Palazzo Miano in FLORIDA are behind the famous "Rachel from Cardholder Services" scam.  They are probably operating under some new name, since they got busted.  

Don't SOLICIT their deli either! Miano's Deli, Port St Lucie.
Chris has 3 DWI convictions, according to public records.

Just got a call from 435-336-8502  but 2 hrs prior one from 407-340-9793  definitely thinking now that they are related....contacting FTC now.
