Sounds like some foreign muttering. I don't answer unknown callers. I let my machine get it.

this person left a message in a language unknown to me!

Called, spoke no English, sounded like Spanish maybe.  Our number is on Do Not Call Registry, don't understand why these people continue to call.

Sounded French - caller id, showed Québec..  

Got a call this morning from this phone number 438-793-5481. The Caller ID said Montreal, Quebec and didn't leave a message

not in understood language

I believe it was a Conehead alien from France. My best advise is to call the Immigration and Naturalization Service or the US Air Force. We need to declare war on Earth and Outer Space before our bodies are snatched from under us.

If you are on the Do Not Call List and you are receiving calls from telemarketers and unknown charities, 99% of the time it is a scam.  If they are legitimate companies, they will know that you are on the list and will not call you.  

Kept getting calls from this number

I never answer calls ID'd as "unknown", 800's, out of area, and let them go to answering machine.  Ive had several calls from this number and there is never a message left.  If it's not important enough to leave a message, I'm not going to be concerned.

Montreal QC, when I answered "Hello" her response was in French. "pardon, blah, blah, blah" ...click

When I answered  - Said something in Foreign Language - then hung up

got a call went to voice mail call is from Montreal Canada. I AM on the do not call list

Got a call from this number on my house phone, the lady spoke in Spanish, I hung up on her. Yesterday I received a call on my cellphone from a area code beginning with 473 number. How are this people getting my number. I will check my phone company to make sure they are not adding charges to my bill. Report this scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got a call from this weird person who spoke French!!! Then she hung up on me...I called back and someone answered and started speaking French again...wtf!!! Someone needs to stop these a holes

Same as above; woman with a French accent said, "ah, pardon, blah, blah, blah" and then hung up.

got call today at approx 2:15pm. Spoke a foreign language and then hung-up.

Same as above.   Speaks another language and hangs up.
