I was contacted on my cell phone & have saved the voice mail message. It basicly says: This is Trent Nealson, if you  or your attorney don't return this call you will be picked up at your home or office. You have more than one loan out at the same time. That is illegal. You are required to pay 1,000 & some odd dollars & I'm transferring this call to the processing office for payment. If you don't agree to pay, you will be picked up at your home or office today.

We got the same call today. These people are horrible. Threatening us with jail. Horrible. We did nothing wrong!

I got the same call. Trent is threatening to have me picked up at home and taken to jail. I have had my INFO stolen from a major data breach recently. They have my social,address and phone. I am quite concerned. I phoned my lawyer and he said to report it online to FBI .

I have the same calls from Terry Anderson saying if I do not pay $864.04. I will fraud and felony charges and time in jail. I did ask him who I owned and he could not give me an answer he said there was several different names for the company. And that I should know who I owed the money to. They also told me that I would have to pay their third party person. My Lawyer told me to ask them for a letter ( Debt Verfication letter).

My wife and my friend received the same call on 3-25 saying the same thing.  She has filled a complaint with the Office of the Texas Attorney General.
