When I called Back, it said thank you for calling NCC, a Division of Commonwealth Financial.  Must be a bill collector.

Answer and was put on hold. Probably is a bill collector.

was put on hold after selecting 1 for english,
when answered, "Hello, ...[something i couldn't make out], how may I help you?"

so I said "uh, I was the one called from this number?"

and they hung up.

So dunno if its a bill collector... if it is, they're not doing a very good job...

report immediately this number 4405276042  to your phone provider, is a big scam, be carefull not to be charged

I will never understand the calls from machienes that call YOUR phone and ask YOU to wait!!!

I never answer this number since I do not recognize it.  It comes in at all times of day/night, any day of the week.

This is a debt collector or a scam. Don't bother picking up, block this number.

This number has been calling me daily for two weeks now.  I called it back, but I dialed *67 first.  I got the machine greeting like most of you.  I owe no debts, therefore it MUST be a scam.  440 area code is the Cleveland Ohio area, i.e. Far east side suburbs or far west side suburbs and etc.  I never answer it and will report to the Ohio Attorney General, but I doubt if anyone cares...
