CALL EVERYDAY WILL NOT STOP

So, apparently Portfolio Recovery is trying to use a more local number to contact my cell phone instead of their usual toll-free numbers. Well, once they figure out that I'm not Mike whatever, they might get the hint. Until then, they're being blocked fast thanks to Google Voice.

440-638-5278  just  called ~ showed  on  caller  id  as  " Portfolio  Recovery "  ~ left  no  message.

beware!   a  call  from  this  number  is  a  debt  collection  scam ~ they  are  " Phishing "  for  info ~

give - them - nothing.

I keep getting calls from this debt collector and I don't even have any debt in collections. I have blocked every number they call me from but they always use a new number. Never ending cycle of harassment from these people!

Another call from a junk debt collector who refuses to comprehend that telephone numbers change/get abandoned/are reassigned/etc.

The only thing that prevents me from getting a new phone number is the very distinct possibility that the new number had a previous owner that was even more of a deadbeat than Kyle is/was.

P.S. - Kyle, pay your darn bills.

Jacob somebody, I asked who they were...kept saying Jacob somebody and since I don't know a Jacob somebody and he wouldn't identify himself, I hung up.  No time for BS.

these calls are never ending! they don't understand that I am not who they are looking for.

I got a call from 440-638-5278. Not going to answer. Tired of the b/s phone calls.

Calls several times daily for someone that doesn't live here.

How do we get these calls to stop

portfolio recovery . buy old debt hoping to collect.  do NOT answer the calls. they are known for trying to collect on debt  that has already been taken care of.

Didn't recognize the number, it called my cell...didn't answer it  Looking here it seems that it is some sort of collection agency. Most likely looking for the previous owner of this number. If it's legit at all

I call them back and put the phone down and a pillow over it for an hour to tie up that line so that they can not call anyone from that line. I have unlimited calling and unlimited long-distance.  then put that number On block calls.
