Rude and obnoxious foreign male voice tells me his badge number and he's an officer in the department of justice, he will block my social security number and jail me without bond....wow...i'm so affraid of this jerk...lol....bring it on dude!...I kept asking, what is it i've done wrong, tell me...and he keeps repeating himself. so I just hung up.

ive gotten the same call too! its funny because he called from a clearly overseas number then says call this 440-395-3062 number. I dont even know wat the heck he is talking about! someone needs 2 stop these foreigners from doing this, its out of control!!

my employer received a call yesterday from officer alex watson from the avon ohio police dept.  i called back and was told i took out a loan from an online loan co. if i did not make good they would sue me for 10,000 to 12,000.  male speaking had heavy far east accent.

Oh yeah just got a call today from some jerk saying that I owe this comp. That I already have a PYMT plan set up with...I'm like ok I call bk then we had a screaming match

a man called with 911 left message saying he was an officer of the justice department and left a terriable message so i called back i didn't like what i was hearing i told him this is a scam and i didn't have a checking account and hang up on him

I just received a call from Office Mike Johnson at work.  As soon as he started to talk I hung up.  He called back 3 times and finally left a message.  Same threatening BS as before and that others have received.  What a waste of time and nonsense.  Just ignore these idiots!

File a police report in the city where the calls are happening. I did and believe me the calls STOP asap. The actual police do not like someone making threatening and harrassing phone calls pretending to be the FBI-Department of Justice. I gave the police this number because for once they left a real phone number....and the calls completely STOPPED....Please report them as soon as they call you, so maybe we can catch who ever this is making these calls.

They also call from: caller id: 916-395-0000 which is not a good number. caller id: 911.

a man called my job and said his name was officer paul walker from department of justice saying i owe a company for an online loan i paid months ago. 440 695 3062. he was rude and you can tell there was someone in the background telling him what to say. i have put out fraud alerts to this number and to the police.

I have gotten a call from this number yesterday. An foreign man claiming to be officer Mike Johnson. And claimed that I had complaints against my ssn. I dont know what this man is talking about. When I called I could here other people in the background. There are other numbers too. 916-395-0000,510-936-6535. Something needs to be done about this

I got a call today from someone name Jason Washington, and he was like he was from the department of Justice. I ask for an address and I googled it nothing came up and I looked it up in the white pages online nothing came up. Here is the so called address Bluestone Ave 2n2 street Avon Ohio 27605. How lame are these folks. I know the zipcode is wrong for one. That's what wrong with this country the let these stupid people do what they want to do and harrass americans who are going thru tough times. Hows about the Government stop spending the taxpayers money and would be able to handle business.

yes i have been getting calls from him for like 4 days now. he has even called  my job. and when i asked him more imformation about the money he says i owe he cudnt tell me. all he said was yelling at me with an attitude. each number i call back you cant get through

This guy called my friend and left a message for me to call him back. Claims he was Officer Alex Watson. Called the number back... went to vm. He then called me back from 911.. Sounded like he was shopping. Told him I know this is a fraud and he hung up on me... What a joke...

Unfortunate happens to you." then the call ended, I know I shouldn't call back but it's really weird.

I received a message from a officer mike johnson today as well as all of you. I found it kind of weird that an officer would be calling me from  another state that where I live especially to tell me that I was in trouble because of my ss number and that I should call them right away. Since I foud this weird I google his name and phone number and to my surprise this comes up I am so glad I did this so I know that their is this scam going on out there. How they got my number who knows. I have to find a way to report this, it is crazy how people can get away with this stuff.

A rude man saying his name was Officer James Brown from the Dept of Justice saying they will send cops to my job if I don't pay. When I asked to verify info he got very mad and said he don't have to tell me anything. I swear these people have nothing better to do. I just keep reporting them and hopefully this will finally stop. Oh and they had the nerve to have my area code as the number that shows up on the caller ID ain't that crazy........

Been getting calls for about a month, finally had enough when he threatened to have my house raided. I filed a complaint with police, BBB, and attorney general. When I called them back to inform them they got pissed and asked if i was threatening them and accussed me of harrassing them. HA HA what a joke. I dont think i will be getting anymore calls. What really bothers me is all the personal info they have of mine.

I have gotten a call from some foreign people their # 440-695-4062 I think it might be the same people they are rude won't give me information and tell me they are going to have me arrested I supposedly got a loan from Quick Cash or US Cash Advance never showed up in my account I there away we can sue these people especially when they are claiming to be with the Justice Department and their # doesn't even match.

I got a call from this number....the person said that he was an Police Officer calling from the Federal Legal Dept. of Justice in Ohio...he said that I would be put behind bars if I didn't pay a payday advance debt in which I never got a loan from a company that he never gave me the name...WELL he called the wrong person because I told him FIRST of all Dept. of Justice is a State Agency so there is no such thing as Federal Dept. of Justice...SECONDLY Police Officers don't call you on the phone they come to your door and get you...THIRDLY The Dept. of Justice or no other Law Enforcement Agency would not get involved in a debt for a payday loan that never even happened with no proof at that....he got so mad and told me that I was gonna be behind bars within 24 hours... I told him okay and told him to remember me beacause I was going to be calling him back after I researched and I would harass him. I calle dhim the next day and gave him the Penal Code for Impersonating a Police Officer....haven't heard from him since....Oh and by the way it did help that I mentioned I work for the real Dept. of Justice in California and we were going to investigate these illegal calls.Let me tell you all something DO NOT give these people ANY info...They want you to verify your social security number or any other personal info so that they can record it and somehow with this info they can try to hack into your bank accounts...Don't let these scumbags scare you if they wanted to do something they would have already that's why they want to talk to you so that they can get you to say something to incriminate yourself.....you need to make complaints with the local police, FBI, Secret Service, Dept. of Consumer Affairs, etc.
