I'm from Malaysia and I too received a call from this number. Rang 3 times then cut off......

Same here, received the call, picked up but dropped.

Got a call from this number. No one responded when picked up. Googled it and found this site. Any idea who it is?

Must be a marketing database robot, checking if our numbers are in service.  If the number can be dialed, then our phone numbers are valid and can be used for sms spam and cold calling telemarketers.  

I just received the call fe minutes ago.

The 44 at the start suggests that the caller is UK.      However as there are no (0)204 numbers active in the UK the number is false.

Anything they have to say will be as false as the number.

Massive educated guess. Paypal is doing this.  Ive had massive arguments with them and demanded they [***] call me. Didnt get to the phone in time. Its listed as a disconnected number so i don't get that but [***] PAYPAL

This was scam. They asked details on financial, but I just har har har? They he asked whether I know english or not, I said no, then he cut off. Scam definitely.

Harrasing me

This number is been calling me every early morning. It is a nuisance.

This is definitely a scam. This guy kept trying to get my financial info.

Received a call from this no few hours ago, I tried to pick up but it disconnected.
But I google around and seem the person will ask about your financial status.
Beware, probably scammer.
