Got a call from +442084922780 saying his name was Kevin Marc. He stated that I owed a 4oo dollar sum for the company BIG, and if I did not pay by a certain date it is going up to 500 dollars and he was going to call my supervisor and tell him. My question to him was, why will you call my boss when you are turning down a way to pay off the money? He stated to me that they do accept payments only from a withdrawal no other way, but of course that changed and he said that he would accept the payment money gram, I asked for the information to process the payment and he refused to give it to me.

The culprit is Cash Today Ltd, but they appear to be ex-directory! The code 0208492 puts then in the Finchley area of North London.

so I recived a phone call from my work saying that someone from investigation had contacted my place of imployment... she said it sound like an indian guy from india. He asked for me, she said I wasn't there and she didn't know when i would be back, but she would gladly take a message for me. He refussed and said that he would call back until he got a hold of me. She explained that she didn't know when I would be back and he said that was fine he would keep calling. I told them to tell him I no longer work there cause it is getting old. And they never call me anywhere but work. So while I was talking to her, I recieved an email said that my bank returned the request for their payment which I didn't know was going through so there was no money in the account. Anyway also while talking to her I recieved a call from a 442 number and put it and and found this website. 442084922780 is the number on my caller id. I didn't aswer cause I didn't know the number. They didn't leave a message. I have asked them Not to call me at work. I gave them my cell phone number and that is where we origianlly done business... I logged in to my bank account and as far back as I can find payments to them I have paid them 490 dollars on a 200 dollar loan. What do I do???

This numbers calls me all the time everyday and all day and night they always tell me that its Kevin Marc and he was calling because this number was under investigations i keep telling them its a wrong number and still they call i never had this calls until i change my phone number then i started getting them.

What kind of company is this they call my office all the time asking for some girl that no longer works he said his name is Bob...yea right. How do we make him stop calling he is so rude to the girl who answers or phone.

Got a call this morning 07.46 left strange laughter as message. Called number back, spoke to switchboard, he gave premises name as Northway House.

I have recently started a new job and in the las week or so have been receiving weird calls from the 442084922780 number. When I answer it is difficult to understand what is said and I tell them they have the wrong number, but each morning there are usually a couple of messages (no-one talking, just hanging up) from the same number. From reading what others have said it is some dodgy payment/loan company. I have never in my life taken out any kind of loan, especially over the internet, and am very careful about my details when I am online. It is either a total scam, in which case they can go screw themselves, or the previous person with my extension had some dealings with them. If the calls continue I'm just gonna change my number or unplug the phone! If anyone has any advice about how to get it across to these idiots that I am not the person they are after, let me know!

My husband saw that there was a call from an odd phone # on my cell phone.  We looked it up on google & found all these comments.  Months ago I got scammed into a payday loan from a company called BIG.  I had applied for one on the interent & when they called I just assumed it was the company I had applied with, but later got an e-mail from the initial company sounding like they had never spoken to me.  Since they did deposit the money into my account & went ahead & paid the monthly payment for at least 6 months.  They would never take a partial payment.  You either had to pay the full amount or just an extension fee each month.  After six months I noticed that there were 2 charges to my account.  One was from BIG & the other I did not recognize.  I called my bank & they said that it looked to be sent from the same source as a different company name.  So, I disputed that charges & never heard anything else from them again.  By this point I was very frustrated b/c I had paid them well more than what the loan amount was.  It has been several months now & this # shows up as a missed call on my cell phone.  So, apparently they are going to try to scam me into collecting more money.  They won't get anymore money out of me, but I dread having to deal with their harrassement!

I have received calls from this number every day for a year now since I changed my phone number. They always ask for Tina Brown and I tell them they have the wrong number. They say they will remove my number from their call list, yet I still receive calls every day. They always have Indian accents. Apparently "Tina Brown" owes them some money. Yesterday when they called, my boyfriend answered the phone and when they asked for Tina, he said he was Tina Brown. They asked "Are you sure?" and my boyfriend said "Yes I'm sure. Are you saying I don't sound like Tina?" They hung up on him and haven't called back yet. So I'm hoping they have got the message.

This Indian guy called me at work TWICE and then called my house and was belligerent & rude to my mother, who picked up the phone.  He claimed I gave him the wrong cell phone number, but he's just an idiot who wrote it down wrong.  These people are harrassing me and I'm going to contact the FTC, BBB and ripoffreports.com so other people know about them.

I get the same phone calls, threats, harrasment, etc... as all the other comments above. I have contacted the police dept for assistance, asking what steps should I take to sue them for harrasment. They not only call my job @ least 10 times a day, they also call other office extentions, harrasing my coworkers about me. They have my cell number & I have asked them too many times not to call my job but like the others above they threatened to call my boss to have my wages garnished to cover the loan. (I laughed) they can't do that. But I do know if we could just get an address on them & send them a do not call letter, CERTIFIED.. Once they so much as call you 1 time! They are in legal trouble.

I get these calls everyday at work and I have the receptionist tell them I dont work at the company anymore and then they asked to speak to a supervisor so i told her to transfer the call to me I picked up and this guy had a very heavy accent like everyone else said above like he was from india and very rude and I said that my name was Teresa and I was a supervisor and he said I'm looking for your employee and he said my name and I told him i spoke with another rep and I told her she doesnt work here anymore and to stop calling here and whatever she has with you guys does not involve this compnay and if he continued to call I would report him to the BBB ( Better Business Bureau)in Neveda because that where they are located and he said to me do whatever you wanna do lady it doesnt matter we will still call you until we find her. trust me we are not the only ones that go threw this with these people on a daily basis there are other people that I have spoken to that have lost their jobs over there herassement I spoke to laywer and told him about this company and he said they are not suppose to do that and he looked up there reviews and they are all bad it's just not enough people complaining about them for something to happen to them but anyways I filed a police report on the company for herassement and I have contcted my Attorney and he is going to take care of it because this company id rediculous when it comes to this.

This Ph # belongs to Big-int payday loan company. They are not a legal company, they do not have lisences to operate in the U.S. nor any states. Do not pay them anything.Dont give them any info at all, if you do talk to them, tell them that they are being reported to the Attorney Generals office about the illeagal activity and that you will report them to the Depatment of Finance U.S. and also to Home land Security.This company is based out of North London U.K. If they call your employer tell them to stop if they dont call the sheriff and report it.

you can be placed on the no call list and contact their 800# to be removed and file an FTC complaint, especially if they are calling your cell phone, which is illegal.

I had the same issues as all of you. These guys spoke with my supervisor and threatened to get the money from him. I work for a very large company that attempted to block the number. Since then I haven't received anymore calls. I did however report them to the Idaho Dept of Finance. IDF sent them a certified letter to close down their website and that they are not licensed in the state of Idaho...I would suggest all of you do the same in your state. Seemed to have helped

They contacted me tonight after I thought I gave information for another loan, and assumed when they called it was this other company. I have since read all of this, called them back to cancel, which they said my loan would be cancelled - no money has been put in my account as of yet. I am sooo worried that they will still put money in and then I will run into what all of you have.  I'm in Kentucky.
