If this is portfolio recovery services (Debt Collector), how can they have so many different numbers :)

Is there a way to block calls from the company and not just the numbers they call from?

Do what I do create a bogus contact and mark it to go straight to voicemail.

This number called me today & asked for me I told them it was the wrong #. Reading these posts tells me they wont give up though unfortunatly!

These people keep calling me....various numbers...I wish I knew how to reject the calls on my phone..I just don't answer

THis numbers never leave messages.... just hang ups.. one time I called it back by accident.. and gave my name... and it was for an old dept... 3 yrs old.. He stated there was a case pending against me.. he said he was with a Law Firm... and wanted my credit card to make some pymt arrangments to stop the case pending... .. I was like "Uhhhh Nooo!!!!!!!!'" ... I told him I need to find out who they are and to mail me documentation of who they are or email it to me.. because he already had my email address... that was over a month ago.. I never recieved anything from them only calls. . . . . . I suggest......   Just ASK them  strait out... are you from REAL LAW FIRM or a ... collection company ACTING like a  LAWFIRM to get me to pay. ... the guys stayed quit.. and finally said the same thing over again .. we have this case against you... I then okay email me to proper documents and send them also.. HARD COPY with letter head and then I will call back to make payment arrangments.. like i said earlier.. that was over a month ago... havent got anything by hung calls.

called this morning -name on caller id was Sunrocket did- which is a voip........service who is now supposedly defunct.......

I hear you completely!! I'm sick & tired of these stupid people constantly calling me. They somehow have our home phone number & call under various phone numbers ALL the time, it can start anywhere from 8am until approx. 9pm at night, 7, YES, 7 days per week, Sunday's are NOT sacred to these schister people, THANK God they do NOT have our cell phone numbers, the house phone # is BAD enough. 8md like to answer our phone as "normal" people do, but because of these rotten bloody A holes, we cannot!! They are VERY annoying & wished they'd drop off the face of the earth!! Anyone know how to make these jerks STOP calling & harassing people?? Call it whatever you will...this is EXTREME Harassment from these M...F'ers!! Just STOP I will NEVER answer your phone calls....EVER!!

Yup they're calling me all the time. I know what it's for. They're trying to collect a written off debt dating back almost 15 yrs ago. Screw "em !!!!! They can't touch me. I got to laugh because they try so many angles and different phone numbers. What they must think I'm so f..ing dumb to answer. Let them call because as far as I'm concerned they're spending time and money wasted on this and I'll never pay. Make them spend the money to pay these fool collectors and phone bills, make it expensive for them to waste their time and maybe they'll stop. Then if they don't stop I'll wait them out. I have lots of patience.

There are millions of people in this situation. We should call the officers of PRS day and night at their home and office. We are a larger army than them.

You can block the callers you select by buying a Panasonic Home Phone Set Model# KX-TG6531 It has a large white LCD, 4 handsets, caller ID and allows you to block and edit the creatures that call you. Excellent piece-of-mind.
