10/11/08  at 5:56 pm  this call  was answered and a female voice came on and ask for my wife by her first name, i didnt regconized the voice or number and hung up.

They called me saying they were a time share re-sell company based out of Maryland. They asked for 998.00 to list my timeshare, and told me I could double my money from what I paid for it 18 months ago.  Yea right, in this economy?  Houses are being foreclosed, why would anyone pay twice the price for a timeshare?  The next call from them came from Florida and all their paperwork says Florida. Look them up on the web and all you see is scam!

I also keep getting calls from this number early in the morning. Also from 800-223-9113. Both continue to call me although I'm on a no call list. Both call several times this week. The 443-345-1636 number has now started calling me every day. Will have to report this to my phone service company to block it if it does improve.

Received first call from these guys yesterday... identified as "timeshares" and asked if I had one. I said yes and they started the "pitch"... told them I didn't want to sell and that I was happy with my timeshare - sorry, but "not interested".... he hung up (rude!).  Received a second call later in the day from same number - different person - I told him too that I wasn't interested and advised of the previous call that day. Told him to "remove my number" from their list (I'm already on the "Do Not Call List") and to remove my name.  This morning, call # 3 from these jerks... I told the caller this time that I consider these calls harrassing - he hung up without a word!

Tried numerous times to call the number back - always busy. Called my phone provider and learned that I can report them to the "Do Not Call Registry" for violating the "Do Not Call" list... doing that now.

I hope these guys get nailed - they're definately scamming people!!!

I still get calls daily even though I've asked repeatedly not to call again.  Just filled out a complaint at donotcall.gov
Please do the same and shut them down.  Who knows?  You might even get some money out of the deal!

The more complaints that are logged, the more the government can do to prosecute these companies.  I've gotten calls from 800-224-8606, 786-347-6129, 714-689-0256 and 443-345-1636.  All these numbers are "dummy" caller id numbers.

I've gotten lots of calls from Timeshare Resale Co.
They don't realize I don't own a timeshare.
I'm also on the Federal Don't Call List.
Doesn't seem to apply to these people.

Just got a call at 9:40 a.m. CST but didn't answer. My phone is not listed or available from the operator and it's a new number so this must be one of those batch calls where they just enter a block of numbers to be called. I imagine all my neighbors got the call at the same time. I never answer a number I don't know because that means I didn't give them my number.

I have been getting the same harassing calls almost daily. They even called on Easter Sunday! And the man got very nasty when I informed it that was Easter!

I just filed a complaint with www.donotcall.gov.

I have not answered this number and after reading the posts on this page I won't answer and I'm glad that I haven't.

Asking me about a timeshare that I own which I do not.  How does this happen when I am on the DO NOT CALL list?

They indicated that they obtain my phone number from the Nassau County database and when I continued to question them,they hung up.

I have received three calls from 443-345-1636 in about 8 hours.  The first two did not respond when I answered.  The third did - said they were calling about my timeshare (I do not own one...) and then she asked if I had a time share.  Told her that her company had already called three times & she promptly hung up.  I will be posting a complaint with the FCC for each call from this company.  Also, when I called the number, it said it is not a valid number - meaning it's just a cover number for caller id purposes.

FCC complaints for unsolicited telemarketer calls and do not call registry calls.

They called me twice yesterday. I didn't answer either call. I just filed a complaint on donotcall.gov

I have been reciving calls from this number as well but when  i answer they are asking for some guy and then just 5 mins ago some women called and hanged up like the wth? This is getting annoying.

They don't leave messages and have been calling daily for about 2 weeks now. I saw the other comments and I don't have a timeshare either. I am on the do not call registry. Guess I will block them on my phone.

They have been calling me at least one day a week several times for over 6 months!  I am on the do not call registry AND my phone number is a non-published number!  They call early in the morning and then again several times during the day, and sometimes several days in a row.  The one time I answered the phone when they first called, it was about a time share, AND I told them to take my number off their list.
