Received a voicemail by way of my sister's telephone about a case that was filed against me. I will be waitnng to be served on Tuesday 06/02/2015 between the hours of 3 pm to 5 pm.

Paul Brackman.. (he slurred his last name) will be coming to my house between 3 & 5 June 2 2015.
harrasing me at work.. fraudulent case

"Eva James" just called my cell phone and said that she is going to make several attempts to serve me today and tomorrow at my home between 3 and 5, and if not successful, she will attempt to do the same at my work place.  Called from an unknown number, but left the 443-453-5009 number and referred to some case number.  This is a scam!!!  I've heard this same message before, and no process server in the USA will give a notice to serve.  They will, if legitimate send a validation letter, and if no response will then send the process server, but usually for an out of state (legitimate) debt collector will send a service via registered mail or via a process server.
In my case, the only debt I owe is my current balance on my credit card, and it gets paid in full each month.  The last time I had any personal or secured loan, was more than 10 years ago.  I just check my credit report, and there is nothing in collections--even with in the last 48 months.  SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.  Let them waste their money using the phone system.

I received a phone call from Ashley (can't make out last name, static) said she had tried to contact me several times and she would be out tomorrow between 3 and 5 to serve papers. Some debt I owe she  said but didn't say what debt?  Really? From Baltimore Maryland.  My question is why do these people do this do they make money doing this?

I currently dealing with a DWI so those of you have been in similar situations know all the headaches that come with it, So when I heard from my sister and both my parents (who they had all called) looking for me I kinda thought this was legit so I called the 443-453-5009 back. When I called right away the recorder said they were going to put me on hold then had background music then after it dialed to a Mr. Anderson guy who wasn't currently at his desk but to leave my name, number & file number. That's when I knew It was a scam! Never did they mention the company name or even say they were a debt collector  trying to resolve a debt! So I then googled the number & found this site! Thank God for google!

Called my sister and said that I would be served today between 3 and 5. Called and left voice mail. Can not give me the name of the company etc. This is a scam.
