received a call from this number today,04/22/2014. Did not answer it and let it go to voice mail. Played back voice mail. it played back. you have been officaly served as you are beging sued. you must respond before the end of business today otherwise we will contact your employer and have you served at your place of business or your residence. I called back the number after I blocked my out going number. The person who answered said, "collections" I asked her what her name was and what the name of the business was. She said again, collections. I then informed her that for clarity I am recording this conversation. Again I asked the name of the business, she did not answer. I then informed her that I have turned over her number to the FCC and the Better Business Bureau for further investagion. I also informed her that if the company tries to sue me for any amount, I will file a law suit for harassment so big that she will have to sell one of her kidneys to pay for the amount.

It is a scam. DO NOT, I REPEAT IT IS A SCAM.........TURN over this number to the FCC AND THE BBB.

This is a SCAM!  Robocall first says call this number, then a female voice comes on and says "[My name] please call and speak to our legal department as they are filing a summons for 2 charges linked to Fraudulent Activity.  I would need to give my place of employment or home address so that I can be served at which time I give up my rights???  This is so incredibly BOGUS and I have been getting these calls for years after applying for a loan online and my information shopped around by a loan aggregator.   Yes, very stupid indeed on my part.   They harass my elderly mother, call my HR Manager, etc. and in the past threatened to bring their "security team" to my office if needed.    After that threat, I contacted the local FBI office and the agent advised to NEVER give your address, credit card, or banking information to them.   Legally, they must use a process server and go through the correct legal channels.  They are just trying to frighten good hardworking people into paying.  Don't do it.   They will come up with a new name, new phone number, and the harassment will contine.

Received the same type of message. Was about to call them back but decided to google the no. first. Found out others have been going through this too. Thank you all for sharing-you saved me an upsetting phone call! Now I know it's a scam.

The FBI needs to know about this Scam to which the people are very threatening in telling you that they are Summoning under false pretenses of Credit Card Debts and other things that they want to know like your Banking and you SS Number,  as well as to wanting to know your Drivers License Number.   So that they can steal your Identity and make you think that you will go to jail or prison if you do not pay as to what they want as to their biddings.   This and the so many other Windows Tech Supports that do keep calling to which these people of whom does make the calls are of or from India or other nationals too.   That is nothing but more than that of being scams too.   The only problems is,  is that if you do call them back.  Their Telephone Numbers shows to be no longer in service and are hard to really get a trace for them too.  But for this Number that has been calling and harassing my Son about Me.  It is 443-478-4456 to which this number is already on the internet by others that are saying that these so called people are nothing more than that of being just scam artist.   Thank You Sincerely.
